Every time I try to add a PowerPoint file (does not matter if it .ppt or .pptx) Proclaim reports that something ("an unexpected error occurred") went wrong. Do I check the upload "the local file" only box, or does this not matter? I am on a Mac Mountain Lion. 1768.Proclaim bug.doc

So far, any video we upload with audio other than basic speech sounds like a very low bitrate (music sounds awful) some of our older attenders complain about the wishy washy sound (from high compression) hurts their ears. Other than keeping the video local (which negates the whole "cloud" aspect of proclaim...

Having problems with a video 187 MB and ~7 minutes being viewed on another computer. It uploads fine from the one computer. I think it syncs to the second one but gives a gray box for a thumbnail and won't play on second one. It still plays on local (first) machine. "Local machine only" box is not checked...

The application crashes when i add a second video.
