FEATURE REQUEST IN NEXT RELEASE - DELETING ITEMS FROM RIBBON AT TOP

Due to user error, I have multiple entries on the upper ribbon which I do not wish to see anymore. Please add a feature to allow each ribbon item to either be deleted or at least hidden from view.
