Yes. I have noticed the same thing. I am assuming it is due to the font chosen to display the parallel versions. However, there does not seem to be any option to change the font used. The problem even affects the Spanish Bibles.

There are reports of incompatibility between Logos Bible Software and the new Snow Leopard operating system.
