For some reason, when I upload a video (in either .avi or .wmv format) it does not have the length of the video associated with it. Therefore, when I place it in the "Warm-Up" section it does not run properly. What am I doing wrong?

I added a video to the "Pre-Service Loop" last week and had some hiccups, but it worked fine at service time. This week another video I added did not work. I noticed one difference was that the video last week had the length in seconds listed next to it. The video this week only had a green playback...

I really like the "Prayer List" feature in Logos 5. It would be even more useful to me if it integrated with the iPad app. It would be nice to have the prayer list on my iPad during the Daily Office when I'm praying in church and away from my desktop computer.

When I select a video, and then choose "local to this computer only" a screen shot from the video with a play button appears in the presentation, but when I click the play button nothing happens whether I am on air or not. Am I doing something wrong? How do you play a video that is local to the computer...

Hi All, My church is looking into new presentation software. We were using SundayPlus (didn't like it all that well) and after six years are looking to upgrade our computer system and software. I have a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.8 and am trying to find out if anyone out there has tested Proclaim with an Apple TV as the second output source? I want to use Apple TVs on my network as my output screens, which can be done with a few other presentation programs for churches. Some of the other programs...

We are using proclaim for mac in a widescreen format. The videos we have are formatted to fit 16x9 screen and work fine using quick time. Proclaim is currently set to 16x9 but the videos are squeezed to a 4x3 format when viewing. We have our background video loops formatted to 16x9 and have no problems...

I am fairly new to Proclaim. Prior to Proclaim, our church used Easy Worship 2009. In Easy Worship, we could play a portion of a DVD by marking the section that we wanted to show in the service. If there were several seperate sections of the DVD we wished to play during the service, we could. Is there...
