  • Collapsable outline feature

In general, I am willing to be happy with linking Logos to more specialized presentation tools (even if I've had a bit of trouble with the shortcuts bar). However, there is one type that I would like to be able to make and search in Logos - collapsable outlines a.k.a. bracket outlines, Warnier-Orr diagrams...

  • Taking Notes & Creating Outlines

I'd like to get some user feedback on this, if I could. In Logos 3, I typically used the note files to take notes & create full-length outlines for study. This was great because of the way the editor was laid out & the ability to generate links to my references in a single click. One of the main...

  • Re: incorrect notes reference?

I wasn't able to reproduce this either in the same resource or at other places/different resources.

This functionality is built into the new clippings feature. A comparison of the different ways of handling notes can be found on the wiki at http://wiki.logos.com/What_are_the_differences_in_user_information_tools

If Greek or Hebrew notes are made on a word are those additional definitions available when a reverse search is made on a specific word? Looks like you can -

  • Creating Footnotes

I've been searching for the past hour to try and find an example of how to create footnotes. I know how to form the bibliography but have no clue how to use it to form the two footnotes I need. I'm using the Enhanced Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon AND the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia...

  • The note function in Logos4

Is there a limit to how long a note can be When notesare created can they be searched. To clarify just say I have made numerous notes on Gen 1. Later when searching the library are notes included in the sources identified by Logos? If Greek or Hebrew notes are made on a word are those additional definitions...

  • Re: Basic Stuff

Currently the right-click "Add a note to" command will only let you add a note to the currently open notes file (or the most recently opened one, if none is open). But in a future release we should be able to select which notes file to add the note to. Just to clarify - You can have the option to add...

  • Notes Feature - Sooner than Later - is that a Possibility?

L4 Developers - is there anything in your plans to include the Notes Feature as one of the earlier product features? This feature would allow us to include Study Notes as we do Sermon Prep (I'm assuming it would also allow for Hyperlinks to external URL's as well). Is there any chance you could bump...

  • Re: Verse Notes: best way to use them

I would discourage anyone from using an outside resource for notes now. The reason is that the "My Content" feature of the guides picks up the notes which adds a significant additional function to Logos. I used notes differently in Logos 3 than I will in Logos 4 - partially because of the additional...
