Hi I have completed a bible commentary by John Trapp (1601-69); I have had to resort to making each book separately because the amount of footnotes 1178 in Genesis, they don't reset each chapter and if I join the next book the footnotes number continue 1179 and continues as I make one file. Any ideas...
