  • Re: Greek Search

When I tried what you did my results were nothing like yours. I pasted ὁ πονηρός in the Bible search and searched NA27. My results included every verse with the article and every form (plural and other cases) of πονηρός In addition I don't...

  • Greek Search

I have version 3f of Logos. I'd like to search for all the uses of ὁ πονηρός in the NT and see how it is translated into English in each case. So I want something like an Englishman's concordance search, but for nominative cases with the article. So far I can't...

  • Alpha- Mac Greek Text

The Greek text do not show up on my program. I was wondering if that functionality is not yet ready for the Mac Version, or if I need to install some Greek fonts.

  • Greek Searching

My understanding is, and it has worked sometimes, that if I want to search in greek, all I have to do is type "g:", keep typing, and then greek matches will show in the drop down. Why doesn't this always happen? What am I doing wrong. Admittedly I am searching an interlinear, but I would...

  • NLT Reverse Interlinear Missing

The Interlinear option does not show up on my NLT Bible. Is anyone else experiencing this? It is in the list of features and NLT is one of my favorite Bibles.

  • Possible Bug: Bible searches with Greek or Hebrew

I didn't catch this during the beta process and just realized that Logos 4 is no longer returning all relevant forms of a word when you enter in a lexical form for a simple bible search in greek or hebrew. I entered in g:doulos in a simple Bible search and only got doulos in the nominative case instead...

  • Re: NA27 Textual Apparatus

Since the others responded to the challenge, and responded quite well, with screen shots and such, I think I can practically just add a couple comments. First off, one of the most used/greatest tools in my library is the critical app along with the the text of the NA27. Between my printed version of...

  • Re: NA27 Textual Apparatus

Quite frankly, the difference between having and not having the SESB and not having it is like studying in a dimly lit room with sunglasses (w/out the SESB) and then having somebody turn the light on and take your sunglasses away. I can't imagine Logos without the SESB.

  • Re: How much have you spend on Logos?

Over the years, since 1993'sh, I would have to estimate in the range of $15k. Really, all things considered (like since 1993) that isn't that bad. I guess the thing that is astounding about it for most would be the fact that I am not in the ministry. I just attended Bible college, got my Greek...

  • Greek Flashcards / Greek Characters

When using a Vocabulary List, is there a way to print out flashcards using the Greek alphabet? Front of card: lyō Back of Card: I loosen, loose I'd like the front of the card to say λύω instead of the English transliteration. Thanks!
