We have a Mac that we create a presentation on and then save as ppt (it does not have MS Office). It can be opened in MS Office on a different PC but when uploaded to Proclaim, the slides are all white. Does Proclaim not recognize any presentations unless created by MS Office?

Thanks, however this will changes the entire background. I would like to place our logo anywhere and over and within the existing backgrounds. I do not see a way to do that?

A previous problem importing fonts on Powerpoint for MAC produced a different and larger font in Proclaim. LOGOS fixed the problem by using ppt. Now the problem has appeared again. Any upcoming solution?

We are having an issue with the volume on videos in Proclaim. It seems that the volume resets for every video. In our case, we usually play a video at the beginning and at the end of the service.
