I hold a PhD in Hermeneutics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Some of my main research interests include hermeneutics (especially in the Second Temple period), reception-historical study of Jewish and Christian scripture, Greek grammar, Pauline studies, and the discourse grammar of biblical literature. Some of my other academic interests include excellence in academic writing, the use of technology in the academy, pedagogical development, and theological interpretation.
