Hi Mike, Thanks for your gracious apology and explanation. Some people are so focused on themselves that they can't see anything wrong with eating food off of someone else's table. They think they are entitled to the privilege of pushing themselves to the forefront. I have found that with those type of people, the only solution is to deprive them of

Thank You! But what I am looking for is a search term that I can use to search my library for resources to help

  • I need some expert help with a complex search term

I have been tasked to write a reflection paper on a book by Timothy Keller using the prompt: “The way to serve God at work is to make as much money as you can, so that you can be as generous as you can.” Can someone help me with a search term that will show me everything in my resources that is relevant to that prompt? Any and all help will

  • How to best research a complex topic in Logos 8

I am going to write a paper on what the Bible says about salvation for those people who never heard of Jesus or the plan of salvation or the Bible at all. An example of this type of people would be a 16th century Korean or Japanese. I have over 9000 books in my library and would like to use the power of Logos to research this. I am looking for several

Since Logos installed 8.4 SR1, I can't open the program. It just hangs on the splash screen. I tried letting it go and after 3 time of over 10 minutes each, I decided I needed help. Can someone please offer a solution? I need my Logos for Bible study on Friday.

I am having the same problem exactly. Thanks to Reuben in the other thread listed above for the suggestion to force sync. That solution is not widely publicized. Internet is turned on on all my machines and the the only way I can sync between machines is to force sync. Is this behavior intended?

Thank you for the additional advice. I am not opposed to your idea but am hoping that FaithLife will offer me a better one. My resources are on their servers and they can, if they will, unhide them from their end. If they won't, your suggestion is definately plan B but given risk versus benefit FaithLIfe is the better option. Once again, Thank You

Thanks for the link. When I first contacted them, they suggested that I reach out to Bradley Granger on the Forums. Now they say Bradley is out of town and suggest I try and unhide individually. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you for the suggestion. It did some checking and it seems a high risk operation that could take some time to recover from it I make a mistake or even bump the desk. I will definitely put it in my tool bag though. But what I am really hoping for is someone from FaithLife to offer some help that doesn't involve hours of clicking or the potential

Thank you so much for responding. I was, however, aware of the process you described which is the same as unhiding each resource separately. That is what I am trying to avoid if possible as it is very time consuming. I am hoping that someone can help me unhide all my resources in bulk vice one at a time. Customer service at Logos suggested I reach out
