• Erase Highlighting

Hello, Would you please consider including the functionality to erase highlighting in the next version of the Logos iPad app? I can highlight but not remove the highlighting if I make a mistake. Many thanks! Michael

  • Answering Jewish Objections is missing a volume

It seems very strange to me that Answering Jewish Objections by Dr. Michael Brown is incomplete. There are only four volumes available through Logos, but it is a 5 volume set; Logos is missing the 5th Volume which is such an important book. It is such a great shame that this book has been left out of the series. It is like buying an encyclopaedia only

Hi Dave, Tech Supported fixed it. They did an uninstall/reinstall but what they did different was to uninstall the prerequisites as well - I didn't do that. I am up to date!! Thanks for all your help!! Blessings, Michael

So... now I am not getting the message when I start Logos, but after a minute or two it says it is downloading 59.4Mb of updates. It counts up until it gets to 100% completed then it goes back to 0% and starts downloading again, but it never installs. I am still on Logos Bible Software 5.2 SR-2 (5.2.0.0086) Is there anyone on the Logos team that is
That shouldn't happen if you used the web link. I would suggest: make a copy of resources (see wiki link below) uninstall Logos Bible software from Control Panel >> Programs and Features re-install as per http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers#Method_3
Hi Dave, I did as you suggested but

I did the re-install. My current version is now back to Logos Bible Software 5.2 SR-2 (5.2.0.0086). I tried to run the update files as suggested by Stephen, but there was only the option to Repair or uninstall, so I did neither. I guess I will have to wait for SR-4 to be released and see what heppens with that.

I downloaded and run the installation file, but it didn't install and I am left with the same problem. I think this latest service release is buggy. Any ideas on what I can do?

Hi, something strange is going on and I am wondering if someone might be able to help me... When I start Logos 5, I get a message saying that there is an update - would I like to install it? See attached Image1.jpg If I click Yes, it says, "Please wait while Windows configures Logos Bible Software" then it loops back to telling me there is an update
