Sorry, that's ACTS, not Romans. My snippet did not show up in my post. Here are the details. The following CD files contain nine commentaries, 4 on Matther, 2 on Romans, 2 on Acts, and 1 on 1 Cor. That would be a great tool! I installed Logos on a new PC and I have several libronix CDs with commentaries etc. that don't show up in my library. Support says they can see my licenses for the individual volumes. Neither update now nor update resources brings them into my library. I've checked my resource folder and they are not in it. Here's the content

Is there a way to filter the library to only show resources that have not been sent to kindle? Or can we automatically create a collection of not sent-to-kindle resources?

Thank you! Dave's suggestion worked. I deleted the tagged sections from my passage guide and then added them again. Now they correctly include the mytag commentaries!

  • Passage guide Mytag grouping includes wrong tagged resources

Any idea why the first six resources in the snippets below appear in all my commentary groupings even though they only have the expository mytag? I have closed and restarted Logos 5 a couple of times but it doesn't change.

  • Re: Moody titles will be going away

In case you don't know, Moody Publishers is part of a not-for-profit ministry . This means Moodys bottom line is reinvested in the ministry. Their financial statements are published on the internet. I'm glad i picked up a number of their titles before they left Logos and I will continue to buy their materials on other platforms. • Reformat Bible Text on iPad

Is there any way to reformat the Bible text of say the KJV as it appears on an iPad? For example, I would like to be able to centre clauses on a line of their own so they stand out, or indent certain clauses to show progression and/or linkage of thought. The highlight feature is great, but I would like to rework the text format to make certain elements

My net filter has recently started blocking gp1.wac.edgecastcdn.net/ several times everytime I access the Logos website. Googling it reveals the following. edgecastcdn.net is a domain used by EdgeCast CDN which is an other company that is part of a network of sites, cookies, and other technologies used to track you, what you do and what you click on

I had problems with IE9 as well, not just with L4 though, so I uninstalled and now run IE8 without any issues. Not sure when it's safe to upgrade to IE9 !

I asked about Hoehner and Arnold's commentary (Zondervan) on Ephesians a couple weeks ago and here' s the response. -- Jim "We will probably eventually get these titles, but in reality, they have not even listed them in our pre-pub system yet, and once they’re in that system they can still take over a year to produce."

  • Re: Does anyone have the MacArthur’s NT Commentaries Collection?

I have MacArthur's commentary's but they don't all work consistently... Searching text restricted to MacArthur NT Comm below excludes most of my MacA library. See examples in attachment Also, not all of the volumes appear in a passage guide search, e.g. Matthew, Hebrews etc. 8015.MacArthur Commentaries Logos 4.docx

  • Re: should i buy?

Hi Mark, I've struggled with this question (to keep duplicate hard copy resources or sell them) ever since upgrading to Logos 4 a year ago. In fact, I justified the upgrade to myself (and to my wife) with the point that I can sell a large portion of my library (free up space and dollars) to help fund the upgrade plus additional resources. However, after

I heard NT Wright speak this week on our campus, and I'm reading both Piper's book and Wright's "Justification". Hope to finish them both this weekend if it snows and forces me to stay home/inside! No conclusions yet, just some scattered observations

  • COLLECTIONS - How to turn off detailed references

I've begun to divide my commentaries into collections to help manage resources using the passage guide. Great idea, but the collection shows the detailed references, not just the versified resource/book as does the general commentary section. This would allow me to selectively click on a language resource which should then open to the passage guide

Did same search in 0.25 seconds, so must be hardware or OS issues, no L4. ] BTW, how do you insert a picture in this forum? I tried with my "SnippingTool" which comes with Win 7 (works great to snip and paste into Word etc, but paste option is greyed out in this box?

Similar problem, computer drive failure so bought a new PC and downloaded L4. I always sync'd licenses but some purchased resources are missing. For example, I bought MacArthur Commentary Vol 1 & 2 last year which includes 19 NT commentaries, but only four show up in L4 (Romans, Galatians, 1 Cor and James). I have the CD's so I can reinstall, but how
