My home computer is intel core 2 quad 2.4 Ghz with 6 Gb ram, Windows 7 64 bit Geoforce 8800GTS 512. I have a new laptop which is intel core 2 Duo 2.1 Ghz windows 7 32 bit. 4 gb ram, and a Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD (unknown memory) I can say logos 4 runs faster on the home computer than the laptop. But really have no problems using either

  • Re: Roman Catholic Resources - Help

reminds me of what Christ said. straight and narrow the gate, and FEW there will be that enters. so many want to take the wide gate, sad part is they do not even realise it is the wide gate,, but it is the way everyone or most people are taking. so it must be right.

The roman catholic church would be considered one of those denominations. The thing that makes so many people mad is that you will not hear a catholic admit that.
We have no objections to being called "denomination" in a secular statistically setting. But the theological definition of "denomination
if you are just using the L3/L4 notes to link to your onenote page, then theres probably no need to have multiple files..
How do you do this?

  • Re: Any idea as to when N. T. Wright's Christian Origins Series on pre-pub is released?

I agree with Stephen, That is one thing that I hope Logos is. I know it must make everyone happy. But I am praying they have both sides of the story. That way everyone is free to look at both sides, and then chose which belief they agree with..Plus it helps Logos to be an "unbiased" publication..
Hi Bryan...I haven't had the opportunity to read Pentecost's book. I'll have to find a copy (I don't think it's in Logos...) Thanks!
Yeah I just noticed that. That's too bad because it is a great resource.. The thing I really like about it is it gives all opinions ( at least all I have ever heard) Very few books

Let me see if I get this correctly.. A pre or Post lactarian would literally put milk in.. An A-Lactarian only symbolically interprets the milk as being there..Is this right??..lol

I study scripture because it is the only verifyable words communicated to us through our God. I study because eternity is to long to place my eternity is anyone elses hands. And what I do on earth is to important to God to just blindly follow anyone, thinking they are right just because they claim to be from God. Plus, Paul commands us to study to show

No problem Mark.. I also grew up a scofield guy. so I am sure I could get some remarks about that also.. Although I love most of his notes and cross refrenses. That is one thing I like about LOGOS. I have so many resources to check what anyone is saying. I learned along time ago not to take anyone's word as Gospel.. even if they belong to the same church
