    For starters cut your docx file into one book per file. Then one chapter per file of the bad book. Then double check that file. Could be as simple as a missing or extra punctuation mark. What I did was to deliberately double up the last verse in a chapter. Then I could count chapters [that had a known error - the extra verse] to where the misstook was
