• Re: Dictionary of Classical Hebrew, Vol. 9

Surely the more pertinent question is why do I need to but it. If Logos provides links into the entries from the words used in the biblical and other usages - do we really need the publications own indexing? shalom
If engagement in this thread is a proxy for interest in journal resources, it may illustrate one of the challenges we face. About 80 people have participated in the discussion over the last two years, spanning 582 posts and 30 pages. About 20 people have posted more than 5 times. ... I don't think we should conclude
So, do we want journals with less tagging? If that will get them in our hands immediately, then ABSOLUTELY!
I also agree - and a careful reading of many of the post hear would suggest a similar sentiment. But - WHY have we got to this state. This is a radical question - but has Logos software (with such tagging) developed
But the journal pricing strategy insures failure .. each update makes the product less desirable for new participants.
Hi Denise I believe I understand what you are saying here, as you haven't explained. But it might be worth spelling it out for those who aren't following your thinking and to ensure other like myself who

  • Re: No NEW Journals - why not?

Hi Mark Thanks for your response However I think this exhibits a rather unhelpful approach to the publication of Logos Journals. You need to get a 'growing' number of people on board with getting there journals IN Logos. Surely that means a regular, reliable and fairly frequent supply. Much like a subscription - but maybe not using the Logos meaning

I have an interest in these series too. And yes what you say is an assumption - probably brought on by the idea of series inclusiveness (which I think is what FaithLife intended) rather than title inclusiveness 'within each series', which is what you seemed to have understood. For information there are a number of word document files in the 'Files'
