  • Parallel Gospel Reader

This may be a simple oversight on my part, but in the Parallel Gospel Reader video tutorial on Logos.com, when a search for a specific reference provides a hit, the actual text of the passage(s) appear(s) automatically without having to click on the blue "expand" arrow next to section heading (see p1 of the attached screenshot). When I try to replicate

[quote user="Gregory Lawhorn"] I've been a Mac user since the MacSE days (I was the very first student at Talbot with a laptop, a MacBook 100.) I don't think I've ever seen as many apps updated for a new chip system as quick as this. Of course, Apple's Xcode platform probably requires nothing more than a recompile to suit the new chip, at least for

Is there a way to make the information pane that appears at the bottom of the resource screen when you hover over a word larger? Thanks very much.

  • Adding Custom Reading Plan as as QuickCard to Dashboard Homepage

I've created several custom reading plans in L8 which I use daily (e.g., Psalms/Proverbs in 3 Months), and I've created quickcards for each on them that I've placed on my Homepage, for easy access. For some reason, one of cards disappeared (perhaps I inadvertently deleted it, but I don't think so). I tried to add it back by clicking on the + icon on

  • Re: Has Letter to Romans been studied at secular law schools?

I graduated from law school almost 30 years ago, and have been practicing since. Romans was never mentioned once in law school (nor the Bible, for that matter). A couple of years ago I heard someone at a professional conference quote Proverbs, and was surprised (but pleased).

  • Re: Question re Resource "IGP:PPI"

Nick, thank you so much. That was what I was looking for. btw, I was clicking on the "lock" icon and only getting the "Error loading book" dialog box, but I was doing so in the mobile app on my iPad. Once I went to my desktop and followed your instructions, it took me directly to the link for the book in Logos. Thanks again!

  • Question re Resource "IGP:PPI"

In the materials accompanying Dr. Heiser's Mobile Ed Course BI171 " Problems with Bible Interpretation: Why Do Christians Disagree about End Times" , he references an article entitled "Reasons for Differing Interpretations of the Weeks" from "IGP:PPI". Is anyone familiar with IGP:PPI? Since it's not in my library, I can't pull up any information on

  • Re: Highlighting Tool - Borders & Lines Width

Yes. I opened it as a floating window, which allowed me to re-size it, but no luck.

Moving the panel did not help. I'm hoping this is not a Win v. Mac issue (I thought those were a thing of the past!). Thanks.

  • Highlighting Tool - Borders & Lines Width

In Morris Proctor's recent Webinar on Highlighting, he demonstrated how to create a custom highlighting palette. Once you do so, the Borders & Lines tool allows you to create variations of lines and borders (e.g., solid, wavy, jagged, single, double, color, etc). In Morris's video, he also showed how to choose line width. I could not find that feature
