Currently the "slides" display uses the full screen it is assigned to. So you can certainly go on-air on your main screen but it will take up the full screen. You will still be able to control the presentation with the keyboard as usual.

The reuse menu has all the service items that are in any of your presentations. So the only way to remove a service item from the reuse menu is to delete it from all of your presentations. The reuse menu is ordered by most recently used items, though, so any that you don't use very often will sink to the bottom.

Darryl, In order to use remote app, both the host computer and the remote device must have an internet connection. Was either device having network troubles?

You are correct, your m4v files would be transcoded to mov on Mac and wmv on Windows. If you are only ever presenting on Windows computers, then converting to wmv will ensure that Proclaim never has to transcode your video files.

Hi Josh, Proclaim uses .wmv files when on Windows and .mov on Mac for videos. If your video is not in the correct format for the platform you are playing it on, it will be transcoded. What type of video are you noticing this with and what platform are you playing it on? The only audio file type we support is mp3, so there should not be any case when
