    the sync problem for the reading plan has been frustrating to deal with, but it does nobody any good to play armchair product manager. when you design a product and it grows in popularity to the point where you have to deal with data at large scale you often face problems that you never dreamed of and are very difficult to solve. It takes a lot of time

    reading plan available offline write notes that sync back to desktop write notes that auto link bible references ability to set which references are used for bible word study easier to manage which resources are available offline (it takes several steps to do this per resource, it would be nice if I could single tap resources from a from a list) more

    I have the same problem as Noel, but using NKJV. If disable the offline avail of the bible, it works fine, but if I make it avail offline, then when I click on the link for the next reading the app crashes.

    just an fyi. this forum does not work properly when visiting via safari on the ipad. I can't reply or compose new posts. The entry box shows up, but I can't select it to enter text.

    Apple does need to tread carefully as this could very easily cause Government investigation the same as when they decided that all dev must be done with their approved programming languages. They ultimately backed down after that investigation was opened.

    Hah! I was just about to suggest OAuth or OAuth2 as an access control mechanism to allow access to more resources. Well it looks like its on the radar at least. Also hoping to get rid of the apikey as a GET parameter. Yuk!
