  • Revoke a typo report?

Is there a way to revoke a typo report? Just realised I reported a typo which in fact wasn't a typo at all! Whoops. Jeremy

  • Re: Bug 4.6b B1: Cannot Search in ESV

Thanks for that. The workaround worked (eventually: apparently I had to wait for some indexing to complete because the first few searches I tried were still broken, but they seem to be working again now). Thanks, Jeremy

When is the fix for this being released? Morph searching in ESV is a vital function for me and it's been broken for some time now.

Thanks heaps. "Serial" was the key word I needed. Further googling with that key word turned up that "Serial Resource Associations" was a feature of Logos 3 now not supported by Logos 4, or even planned! That's really not good.

  • Joining resources together into linkable sets

I like the way commentary sets are able to be linked to a bible so that when you go in the bible to e.g. Genesis the linked commentary set moves to the corresponding Genesis volume and when you switch in the bible to e.g. Romans the Genesis commentary volume is replaced by the corresponding Romans commentary volume. Obviously Logos 4 knows somehow that

If this is indeed your situation I'm very sorry to hear it, but I'm certainly not the person you're looking for.

OK, in desperation I've had to restore the whole windows machine from a backup made a couple of weeks ago. The Logos installation that was part of that backup is now working. Still, whatever combination of circumstances triggered it, that would seem like an important Logos defect to have fixed so it doesn't happen to people again. Jeremy

UPDATE: I can start Logos 4 as long as I hold down Ctrl and then select "Use blank layout". However, as soon as I select any of my previously saved layouts or the "Home" page it crashes again with the same error as above. Can anyone help me out with this? I need to use my resources for an assignment that's due soon! Thanks Jeremy

  • Crash: On every startup

Though I'm not sure what's changed recently so as to cause this, Logos 4 now crashes every time it starts up. It gets past the blue logo and shows the main window where the "Home" page would normally be displayed. But then before it even shows the wheel spinning as it would normally while the "Home" page would load, Windows reports "program has stopped
