What windows tablets do any of you use - to run Logos - that you trust NOT to overheat!
Apart from running Logos on a desktop PC, I also run it on a 10 inch tablet. An ASUS EP121 which contains an i5 processor, 4GB RAM and a single Samsung 250GB SSD 850 WVO mSATA for storage. This solid state drive is one I inserted

Thank you for sharing Pastor Fritz - what a lovely testimony and you certainly gave honour to our Lord in what you wrote. Keep well Paul

I may be wrong here MJ, but my understanding is that Jeff Woodman is simply saying that any citations from these books should properly be weighed against the primary authority - the Bible (the KJV). If it is acceptable for quotations for the Roman Catholic position (or other denominations) to be cited by reference to a text, then an admonition to weigh

Thanks Calvin - that's very kind of you.

I hesitated before writing this comment for a number of reasons. I feel that the downloading of the "Sacred books of the East" should not have occurred as an automatic download via Logos Now. This particular download made me uneasy. While these books may be valuable for particular forms of academic study, some believers are careful as to what material

Your post title might have been a little less scary if it had read "images of symbols of the Trinity"
For me too! I agree with Veli Voipio's comment that the units should (ideally) be user selectable in an electronic environment. It's important to remember that Logos 7 is being sold to people in many countries who use the metric system. From that perspective, an apparent default to an American system of measurement is an anachronism. In some ways, it reminds me

I received the same email after updating to L7. It's obviously something that's just been overlooked by the area sending out the emails. Keep well Paul

Thanks Alan - This is much appreciated and I look forward to this. Keep well Paul

The Bible Browser looks like it will be a very useful. However, the King James Bible is not currently included in this feature. Given the importance of the King James Bible (it really is the only Bible in English that has any authority for many Bible believing Christians ) would it be fair to assume that its intended to include it in future? Keep well

Thanks indeed!

I also have the four books by Peter O'Brien (in Word Bible Commentaries, Pillar and NIGTC) and will be very interested as to what approach Faithlife will take to this problem. The earlier suggestion of providing an annotation for each of the works in Logos (for those that want to retain the volumes) to the effect that the publisher subsequently discontinued

Thanks Calvin - It was kind and thoughtful of you to share this work. Keep well Paul

While I formally worship God on Sundays, I recognise that the traditional and biblical Sabbath is on Saturdays and so my best wishes to you Lynden and to those who keep that day in honour of the Lord. Keep well Paul
