• Re: Buy Logos 8 Academic Professional before Logos 9 is coming?
I’ll think about it some more.
I agree with Mark. Looking at ICC, I couldn't tell quickly whether it's mainly just the golden oldies ... have to click each to see if a forest-green cover. But the combination is certainly attractive. I think I got it last year, and Biblicum (more source oriented) this year.

Not sure what happened, but Mr Binks had the really good screen copy; Denise had the lazy one. So, Mr Binks gets the thank you! He works really hard.
perhaps because you're signed into both sites and Denise is not signed in to Verbum.com.
I'll have to talk to Denise about that. Actually, the auth.logos.com can get hung up (see Verbum) and still allow the page to proceed.

Plus Verbum is more expensive: And Logos.com is cheaper: Illustrating FL still doesn't correctly handle cookies, after so many years (ios Safari here). Sometimes, community.logos.com doesn't recog a Logos.com cookie (which seems odd).

Thank you. I tried his site and no-go. Another suggested it was a google site, which my system strips out. His idea is good. I have the capacity in my software to link the argument structure and assign weights. His seems even better.

  • PrePub: TDOT vol XVII if (really) Interested

https://www.logos.com/product/196113/theological-dictionary-of-the-old-testament-volume-xvii It's another final index volume, and not exactly cheap. 2021. In Logos, index volumes are not often needed. In this one, best I can see (for me) is a good summary of the non-Biblical sources.

I switched to the Verbum app today and deleted my Logos/Biblia apps. For wharever reason works better. But you're right; Sirach wrote a prologue, which you have back into, on the app.

  • NABRE Interestingly Cross-Refs the Apocrypha/Deuterocanon

I already liked NABRE for its copious notes (informational, not necessarily theological). NET is also good, but doesn't cover the OT apocrypha. But NABRE also inter-links the apocrypha to the OT. I was surprised, and after several, I started watching for them. I checked RSV and NRSV ... no such luck. Why cross-ref the apocrypha? The apocrypha represent
