• Fair Price for Used Logos 4 Gold

I'm considering selling my software and I'm interested to see what you think is a fair market value for Logos 4 Gold. I also have several add-ons I've purchased and would like to know a fair way to figure their value. Any input appreciated.

  • Re: Dr. Maurice Robinson - Is he a "co-editor"?

Thanks for the reply. I'm hoping someone on staff at Logos can give a more "offical" answer concerning how they give credit / title to someone like Dr. Robinson when they use his materials with someone else's work.

  • Dr. Maurice Robinson - Is he a "co-editor"?

There are several Greek editions that include the morphology work by Dr. Robinson. A good example would be: Newberry, T., & Berry, G. R. (2004). The interlinear literal translation of the Greek New Testament . Bellingham, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc. Does Logos consider adding Dr. Robinson's material to an existing Greek text the same as being a

  • Search "Entire Library" checkmarks

OK. So I do a search for a topic or whatever and I get 20 pages of "hits". As I scroll through all that, why is there not a checkbox next to each "hit" so I can mark the ones that appeal to me? Also, if I open a "hit", then go back to the search results, how do I remember where the "hit" is that I just opened? I should be able to "check" each hit and

  • Re: More Comments on Handouts

LOL! Sorry, I should have been more specific. I was talking about content and program controls, or lack thereof. Not the actual content. L4 compared to L3 is like L4 has "parental controls" on what goes on under the hood and how you can tune it.

Print preview uses your default or selected printer driver (generally, I'm sure there are exceptions) as the layout can change depending on the printer selected. This is not "print preview". Changing the name (title)every time you want to save a different version of the same document is not acceptable. In fact I think its dumb. Do you change the title

  • Re: More Comments on Handouts

Thanks for the tips. 1. Then under "Program Settings" what actually is the "default font"? It says "This font will be used as default in all resources". So which font is it? Or are you to be a mind reader and realise that I am supposed to set the default. No other package works that way. 2.. verse #. Understood, but you should have the choice (very

  • More Comments on Handouts

I've searched a read a few of the comments concerning the Handouts module. It's clear that the customer is expecting more than what is being delivered. This is a tremendous tool but it is so underpowered it is pathetic. I just did a handout today for Sunday School tomorrow. Here are my beefs: 1. Default font: Why does it default to A770-DECO (Add Blank

  • So...If I understand from reading about all the problems...you need BOTH L3 and L4?

When I saw the ads for L4, I understood it was an upgrade. I never read anywhere where it would not print, L3 resources won't always work or be auto available in L4, that you'd lose all the menu controls in L3 (Where is my Account Summary page?). How do you find out if all your purchased books in L3 are in L4? I mean, sure it does neat stuff, but why

Thanks for the reply. No, I can't C&P from any library research results nor could I from bible test.
I'm not sure what you mean by library research results, but I do know that search results of any type can't be copied or printed at this time (supposed to be changed soon, see the

Richard, Thanks for the reply. No, I can't C&P from any library research results nor could I from bible test. Your tip on the CBV was helpful. I was never that good at Logos 3 but this new version has me in fits. I've got missing resources and can't find anything like all the menus you could get in L3. Also, do you know why the forum doesn't send you
