Letter of recommendation for the series by J. C. Ryle at the beginning of Volume 2 of Charnock's works: Letter From The Rev. J. C. Ryle, Addressed to the Editor of the “Record” ( London ) Sir,—I venture to ask the attention of your readers to a new republication scheme which Mr Nichol of Edinburgh is just initiating. I take leave to

Due out from RHB in Feb 2021 - hope we'll see it in Logos? His 'Select Works' were republished by RHB in 2008 - they're in Community Pricing , but sadly the needle hasn't moved much since I bid on them in 2015...

Thank you for the test. The results are amazing. Is 8GB RAM enough? I have to use logos 9 gold, word, pdf expert, keynote, onenote, powerpoint together.
Right now I have Logos, Safari, Mailplane, Keynote, Word, and OmniOutliner open. Everything is remaining very responsive. Here's a

Could this classic collection be broken up please? https://www.logos.com/product/45334/classic-commentaries-and-studies-on-joshua-judges-and-ruth Some of the commentaries are available separately already, but I'm trying to access the volume by Richard Bernard ('Ruth's Recompence')

Bumping a 2014 thread as I try to access an article in said journal...

15 volumes of this 19th Century republication of classic Puritan exegesis are available in Logos, though it's hard to find , and not all commentaries in the series are marked as belonging to it. (If I was in the marketing department I would pull them all together and advertise them as they are very hard to get elsewhere!) I have suggested the addition

I'd love it if the Psalms Upgrade included the following book from Nichol's Series of Commentaries (many of which are already in Logos though they're hard to find ): It contains works by 3 puritans in one volume and is on archive.org : Samuel Smith on Psalm 1 Thomas Pierson on Psalms 27, 84, 85 and 87. William Gouge on Psalm 116. In 2014 I had previously
How would you like to see us spend the next six months? What's at the top of your wish list?
I'd love Logos to spend more time tagging sermons in older works. The 'Sermon' section in Passage Guide is great - and one of the best arguments for buying books, even public domain ones, in Logos - but is let down

Thank you Kyle - is there any update on this? Would it be possible for this thread to be updated when a resource is tagged?

As far as I know the Logos app doesn't even support dragging and dropping text on an ipad, which other apps have supported for years?

How different will Firth's commentary on Joshua be from his Bible Speaks Today Commentary?

Surprised that Logos still seems to have nothing by Bucer?
What are the top 5–10 that someone should buy? (currently I am a seminary mdiv student) ×
I've picked up a few volumes of the ESV expository commentary series. Like all those series, I'm sure they are of uneven quality but half-price commentaries by the likes of John L Mackay, Dennis Johnson and David

Patrick Fairbairn's commentary on the Pastoral Epistles is split into two halves. The first half is a translation of the 3 epistles, and the second half is a commentary on them. Under 'Commentaries' in passage guide I would expect it to open the commentary section, but instead it just opens to the translation. I assume this is just an oversight, but

I would absolutely love it! Sometimes known as the 'Westminster Annotations'. I use the Puritan Hard Drive version myself. Note that there a few different editions: 'The first edition had only very concise comments. The second edition put out in 1651 was greatly expanded. The third edition of 1657-8 was further revised and was considered the final,
