  • Feature Request: Clock

Please add an option for a visible clock while reading. I would like to have the time at a glance while I’m reading rather than having to tap the screen (first world problem). Visible page numbers would be nice as well. See the Kindle iOS app for how this could work. i have added votes to the uservoice feature request for this same idea.

  • Suggestion (?): Blank Title Slides, Cue Backgrounds at Specific Slides

(Forgive me if this has been suggested already. I'm fairly new to the "proclaim" side of the forums.) It would be really great if we could get more control over when slide backgrounds are cued rather than having to use a background uniformly with every slide. My current issue is that I would like to have a blank (meaning black with no background) slide

  • Please Consider Making Word Lists More Useful

The implementation of word lists is something I've been anticipating for a very long time. I have to admit, while I am grateful to see the feature at last in Logos 4, it is presently for me a huge disapointment. Please consider the following suggestions for making this feature actually useful for (those like) me: It looks to me as if there is no way

  • Re: Google Chromebooks & Logos

Personally, I'm in love with the concept of the Chromebook, and more importantly, the cloud. I must say though that I'm a little dissapointed by the statement that Biblia is not planned to reach the functionality of Logos 4. Yes, I recognize that there might be certain limitations to making the web app 100% identical to the software, but, frankly, if

Michael, From the standpoint of scholarly contribution, I'd say this is looking to be one of the finest evangelical commentary sets out there. Logos did quite a good job in pairing each author with what is generally their own field of expertise. For example, Eugene Merrill has done quite a bit of work in Deuteronomy, as has Bill Barrick with Genesis

  • Re: Turn Off Morphology?

Is there a workaround? I would like the privilege of handling translation assignments electronically, but it is quite difficult to do the work with integrity so long as these popups are functioning.

  • Turn Off Morphology?

Is there a way to turn off the morphology/parsing popup when hovering over a word in the Greek/Hebrew texts?

  • Help with Hebrew Diagrams

Is there a way to insert a Hebrew passage WITHOUT the wayyiqtol forms and inseperable particles/prepositions being split apart? I've tried copying the text from BHS directly, but that doesn't solve the problem, unless you simply highlight the forms one at a time, which is a little too tedious than it should be. If there is not a way to do this currently

I appreciate it, but the Greek font doesn't show properly. Can this be resolved also?

Yes. There are three diagram files: Romans 1:1-7 (Diagram) Romans 1:8-15 (Diagram) Romans 4:1-12 (Diagram) Thanks.

I've encountered the same problem. I was under the impression that there was to be a blanket restore for all users, but this makes it look like its on a "by request" basis. I'd really like mine restored, regardless. I'm using B8 also. Thanks!

Sorry, it just struck me after posting, that this is, unfortunately, beta, and therefore not a legitimate problem as of yet. Nevertheless, I'm fairly dissapointed with an error like this. Kent

  • Did anyone else's diagrams suddenly vanish?

I opened up my diagrams today, only to find that every last one of them had been deleted. Is this a problem that others are experiencing? Are they not saved with updates? This is not very cool, Logos, considering the amount of time I've spent in constructing these. For future reference, I would like to be able to make files in confidence that I won

  • Visual Filter: Frequency of Words

Is there a way to make a visual filter by word count? I would like to be able to have a filter that marks hapax legomena, or maybe words that occur about 10 times or less in the NT. Thanks!

  • Footnote Copy Issue

I'm trying to copy some commentaries into a word document and the footnotes for the most part are copying, except I don't really care to have all the misc. abbreviation footnotes as part of the document (e.g. "ABJ" = ABJ The Gospel According to John by R. E. Brown [Anchor Bible 29 & 29A; Garden City, N.Y.: Doubleday, 1966, 1970]) Is there a way to turn

  • Re: Notes Compromise idea

Great idea. Logos meets evernote. Personally, I never quite figured out why everyone wants a full word processor built in to Logos. Verse tags are nice, but I doubt they would ever be a reason for me to switch from Word. It would however, be great to search what documents I've made already, as well as pdf. Perhaps this idea will be better received by

  • Re: New Mobile Survey -- BlackBerry and Android users, speak out!

I emphatically agree. The honeymoon period for ipad is over and its not the 'kindle killer' publisher's were anticipating it would be. For me, Kindle has the edge because I can't afford either an ipad or iphone, and even if I did, my biggest complaint against Logos would still be left unresolved. That is, the ability to read books from the Logos library

  • Prioritze resources by book of the bible?

Does anyone know if it's possible to prioritize commentaries by book of the bible? I'd like to be able to mark my top 5 picks (or so) for each book. For example, NICNT might be an appropriate chioce for ______, but for _____ NIGTC might be the better (etc). Seems like it could be incredibly complex and may not be possible (yet). If not, has it been

  • Re: Kindle reconsidered?

I think something that noone seems to be addressing is that the primary reason for preferring a Kindle over what else is available is because its a reading device par excellance. That is, its a device that's designed for people to read on first and foremost. A laptop, ipad, and even iphone are well and good for reading along with a buch of other bells
