Would really love to see some titles, or a collection, from Richard Rohr on Verbum/Logos! He is one of my favourite authors and most relevant to modern Christianity!

Thanks, Sarel - I tried to search the forums and the forum software picked up pre-pub first so it was going to be a big effort. Will try your solution

  • Epub Files

Is it possible to add Epub files as personal books or are there any other ways for Epub files to be recognised by Logos?

  • Re: Installing Logos with a subset of resources

Success! What's more I didn't need to do the backup stage of Method 2 as I have a common homegroup and was able to copy over the three relevant folders! Thanks again, everyone, for your help. Thanks, Dave, for your question which prompted me to overwrite the options offered b y the installer.

Ah! .... I didn't rely on the installer to find the drive, but overwrote the C;\ option that it gave me with D:\ and it seems to have worked OK!! Now to see if I can copy over my resources! Getting there!!

More specifically, Dave, it's a new card and there's nothing on it as yet - I purchased it just for Logos.

Hi Dave It's showing in Windows Explorer as drive D and its a 64GB drive - I've been able to successfully copy other files to it. I'm running windows 8.1, if that's relevant.

My 64GB microSD card has just arrived and I've begun the installation - seems the custom installation will let me put the destination folder anywhere on the C drive but it doesn't recognise any other drive even though Windows explorer is recognising the card OK. Any ideas from here? Can I install in a folder on the C drive then copy that folder to the

Thanks so much to everyone for all your helpful (and extremely timely!) advice. I think I'll try Bill's approach first, as I reckon it will be easier to keep updated - my tablet has a Bay Trail-T Quad Core Processor, so hopefully response will be adequate. I'm really impressed with this forum! Blessings on you all!

  • Installing Logos with a subset of resources

I have purchased a tablet running Windows 8.1 with a total of 64GB storage space, of which there is only 32GB now available. I want to install Logos but with only a few resources, in order to preserve storage space. In the past I have installed Logos on multiple computers using the info at: https://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers

  • Re: Synchronising Tags

Thanks, Bradley I don't have a local proxy server, and I'm fairly sure I don't have any mal-ware. Could be an anti-malware program, though each of the laptops has different programs and I've now ascertained that there is no sinc-ing of tags irrespective of which laptop initiates it. Layouts and tabs are sync-ing perfectly every time across all three

Yes, Dave, they do use the same account. Hope the upload works! This one is from the one with tags. I'll send the other in a different post 50855.LogosError.log

  • Re: Synchronising Tags

Yes, Graham. Using the Internet and other sync-ing occurs (eg opens the last used layout). No errors - hovering over the sync says 'synchronization is enabled and all items are up to date'. Hope that helps John

  • Synchronising Tags

I have three laptops on which I run Logos 5 and have just begun using tags for the first time. However, they don't seem to be sync-ing across the 3 laptops. They are retained on the laptop on which I created them, but aren't appearing on the other two. All 3 are running the latest updates to Logos 5.2. Can someone please shed some light on this for

  • Re: ESV Audio Not Working

Hi Bob I agree with alabama24 - a separate post is probably the best way to go. However, I've checked on my two laptops (the slower one has the latest 8.1, and the faster of the two is still on Windows 7 - both the current versions, and both have the latest version of Logos) and the system narrator works for all books that are enabled, on both laptops

Well, would you believe Microsoft put through an update to IE 11 today for Windows 7 for x64-bit based systems and behold, ESV audio now works!! Not sure what the connection between the two can possibly be - I don't even use IE (but I do have it installed and kept up-to-date). Thanks so much to you Ron for patiently taking me through all the potential
