Currently I run Logos 6 (with latest update) on ASUS ViVoTab ME400c 10.1-inch Tablet. Affordable? Yes. Powerful? Depends on your needs. I Bought it with Windows 7 and have since upgraded through Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Note that: Being using this for about three years now. So it is ancient by today's machines.
