• Re: Can't unlock NLT Study Bible through Libronix

Thanks for taking the time to give the detailed reply, Deborah.
A tip window should appear ... saying that a Serial Number needs to be entered for the NLT Study Bible.
Exactly! This is precisely what is NOT happening. I don't get that window! So I don't get the opportunity to enter the Serial Number! (Everything

I realize this is a very old thread, but I'm having a similar problem. I've inserted my NLT Study Bible installation CD, and done the Autoupdate. I see the resources in L3 and they are all locked. But Libronix just doesn't prompt me to enter the serial number. So even though I have the serial number, I can't enter it to unlock. Here's what I've tried

But I thought that the L4 Install Disc was for both Windows AND

Really? Logos is Skypeable? How? I didn't see their Skype ID in the "Contact Us" page.

  • Re: Demo Version

I cannot agree more. Giving away just the engine free, albeit generous, does not help people to cross the threshold to purchase. Sure, the demo video helps, but nothing really beats being able to play around with it yourself. Interestingly, another company that sells bible software, making use of the Libronix platform , has exactly what you're asking
... that's about 371 feet, or about the same height as St. Paul's Cathedral in London!
Cool! Looks like adding functionality will have to include a ladder that long (the type with wheels that you slide along your bookcase) to enable one to reach the books on the highest shelf! I had the same problem, and was about to post my screen shots and ask if this was a bug, when I saw Steve's earlier post 4 months ago. Thanks, Bohuslav, for saving me the embarrassment of posting this as a bug report. I completely agree with Steve:
Why doesn't it just allow a complete list?
A few problems here ...

First, let me say that I'm really thrilled by all this Logos March Madness buzz - the voting, the discounts, the great books, the forum chatter, the Twitter and Facebook alerts, and now, the T-Shirt! I think it has all the marks of a successful marketing campaign. Just look at this thread, with 11,000+ views and 200+ replies as I write this! And I'm

I'm currently doing this: Mac OSX 10.4 --> Parallels --> Win XP --> L4(PC) If it makes any difference, I'm also doing this concurrently: Mac OSX 10.4 --> L1.1.2(Mac) If (or when) I upgrade to Mac OSX 10.6, I want to be able to do this: Mac OSX 10.6 --> L4(Mac) Is there anything I can do to shortcut the tedious initial downloading / indexing process
the menu actually changes width as you scroll through it if you have some collections with longer names further down the list than the first page. So if you place your mouse squarely on the scroll bar and click twice to page down twice, you will without a doubt hit a red X without intending to, even when you're being very
