  • Re: Problems after system crash

Hi Mark, I assume commands are not available in the (resp. my) german user interface. I tried the "help" ("Hilfe") window, but it stays empty whatever I enter there. Even if I enter such a primitive word as "Buch" ("book") there is no match at all. If there would be no server problems at logos I would download the english version of installer and try

  • Re: Problems after system crash

Hi all, I did a new installation with a fresh downloaded installer of logos5 and signed in. Unfortunately the result is the same as my first attempt .... If I enter commands into the "command"-field (thanks, Mark!), only a search is performed, but no command (perhaps this is because the command has to be entered in german, but I don't know the german

Hi Graham and MJ, I don't find the command "update resources", nor the "scan" command. Where should it be? (sorry, my environment is german ...) arjeh

  • Problems after system crash

Hi all, after a system crash I had to reinstall Windows 8.1 on my PC. I had a copy of the old Logos5 installation directory. So I restored this and startet Logos5 from it without a new program installation. I signed in, the program did an update and restartet. But now my books aren't there. If I try to open my old settings I get a message "Sie verfügen

  • Re: Notes and Highligts

Beneath Windows I'm now on Linux too and it would be an enormous advantage to have access to my notes in biblia.com. Unfortunately LOGOS won't provide a version of logos software for Linux (so far as I know). So there is no way to even read the notes on this platform. Please have mercy with those who live in the non-windows and non-mac world! The slogan

  • Re: Help translate Logos 5 into another language!

As a former user of German SESB (Libronix) who recently changed to Logos 5 with Windows 8 it would be VERY useful to have a German user interface of Logos 5, especially the chance to use bible book references in the form of "Joh 1,1" instead of "Jhn 1:1" or "Offb 12,4" instead of "Rev 12:4". I'm looking forward to this! Thanks for your efforts. Friedhelm

Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply and kind welcome.
Did you prepare the notes beforehand (steps 1 & 2 of the wiki)?
Yes! It didn't work with or without preparation (I tested both methods).
I can reproduce the crash following the import passage lists command.
Where can I find this "crash

  • BUG: Importing annotations and verselists from Libronix 3 (SESB)

Hi, when importing annotations (now called "notes") from Libronix 3.0 (SESB version) to Logos 5 (Windows 8) I noticed a bug: Only links to targets out of the Old Testament work. Annotations to elements of NT are imported but they are not linked to the Documents. After some testing I found the reason for this behaviour. If annotations in a *.lbxnot file
