  • Re: Bob, is there any point to invest in Logos?

Wild Eagle and others I think that the fact that Logos is introducing Logos Now and Logos Cloud at the same time has caused confusion (I admit that I was initially confused too). Logos Now is a $8.99 subscription to get early access to new Logos features that will make their way into future releases of Logos desktop software. I kind of see it being

  • Re: Logos Cloud - The power of Logos in the Clouds.

How would that work for purchased items? Would Logos Cloud users have to access the regular Logos Bible App to access paid books? If I could access my paid books plus add the extra datasets and books of the $99.99 Logos Cloud I would consider going to Logos Cloud and having a hybrid owned/rented library,

  • Re: Do you want every ebook in the world in Logos?

Bob, One thing that I hadn't considered before but you say that some publishers require you to license all their ebooks, but does this require you to offer for sale all their ebooks? If you are not required to sell all the books that you license then much of the moral issue is done away with you can just exclude offensive genres or notorious publisher

  • Re: Do you want every ebook in the world in Logos?

There are various books that I needed for my recent Masters in Pastoral Ministry that were not available on Logos or only available in large collections for $300, of which I only needed only one book for my class. I was able to get the Kindle version and make them into Personal Books for a few of them. It would be great for Faithlife to make an agreement

Great suggestion. Vermes' work paint a powerful picture of the Jewish life and context of Jesus' life. This is a needed addition to the logos library!

  • Post Missionary Messianic Judaism by Dr. Mark S. Kinzer

I would like to see the books by Dr. Mark S. Kinzer available on logos.com. Kinzer is a Messianic Jewish Rabbi, Theologian and Founder of Messianic Jewish Theological Institute. Kinzer is considered to be one of the premier theologians in Messianic Judaism. His two books currently available include: Postmissionary Messianic Judaism: Redefining Christian

  • Brad Young Collection - Jewish Background of the New Testament

You now have all 4 of Brad Young's books available in the Baker Bible Set, it would be great to make them available seperately just the 4 books for those who would like them for reference and can't afford the $1400 to buy the 85 volume collection of all the Baker Bible books. The 4 volumes would be a great addition to any New Testament student's library

  • APA formatting for copied text, no in-text citation.

I am using logos 5 on mac and set citation to apa 6th edition for my school papers. When I copy text to Pages or Word I get a footnote and not the in-text citation for the copied text. If I copy and paste text into facebook I get the text with a reference listing of the citation. I had hoped that for text copied to Pages or Word that I would get an
