I'm trying to get a count of the total number of words in the NKJV. What's the easiest/quickest way to do that? Thanks, Mark
-
Kudos to Logos Tech Support after all. They called me back and told me they were wrong, that they could in fact lock the Perseus collection and that it would show up in my account in a week or two. Mark
-
And don't tell me about the option to delete 10 at a time. It's so cumbersome a process that it's easier and faster to delete them one at a time.
-
Okay, so I wanted to "hide" the Perseus collection on my MacBook Air because I want to save hard drive space. There are almost 2,000 resources in this collection and they have to be hidden ONE AT A TIME!. No problem I was told, call Logos and have them delete the resources from your account. I just called them and was told by two different individuals
-
Hiding 10 at a time in the manner suggested would take longer than hiding each individually. I don't want to delete Perseus from my account, because I want it to be available on other computers. Is there really no solution?
-
That wasn't an answer. Are you telling me I have to hide 1743 resources ONE AT A TIME? That's insane!
-
I have a new MacBook Air and need to save disk space. I want to remove the Perseus collection on this device, but not on my iMac. I tried to remove multiple selections, but can only move one at a time. Please tell me I'm the one who is stupid and not the programmers! There has to be a way that I'm not figuring out. Anyone?
-
Thanks for the help. I'm trying to hide the Perseus collection, containing over 1700 resources. I've selected all the items and tried dragging them into the "hidden resources" pane, but it's only letting me add one at a time. Am I doing something wrong?

I have a new MacBook Air with limited storage. I'd like to delete some of the books in my library in order to free up some space. Is there any way to do that on a Mac?
-
WordSearch works great on Mountain Lion, you just need to install X11, which has been removed in the latest release. You can download it here: http://xquartz.macosforge.org/trac/wiki/X112.3.0
Read the fourth post in the thread. It's transparent and open communication:
Exactly. And that's what I expect. It was the proper response to the original post.

This forum thread began with the post " Logos 4 is not compatible with OSX 10.8". The only implication I see is the notification by a Logos 4 user that software compatibility with the latest developer release needs to be addressed. I don't expect Logos to be instantly compatible with pre-release software, but I do expect transparency and open communication
-
Apple released Mountain Lion to developers precisely so that they could start working to ensure compatibility. There's every reason to believe that Logos will have their software running in Mountain Lion well before it actually ships, and no reason why users shouldn't be kept posted on their progress.

Upgraded to a15 and now I can't quit without having to force quit when on the home page. If the home page is closed, I can quit without a problem. Also, the only thing showing on my home page is the "welcome" content. I'm using a MacBook Pro with 10.6.2. I've attached my logs. Mark 2021.Archive.zip

I'll confirm that I have to have Wi-Fi disabled on my phone to see any books in my library. Once I have downloaded books, I can then enable Wi-Fi and see my downloaded books, but still can't see any other books in my library.

You can add my vote. Mark

Nice to see features coming on line, but I sure hope that there is a dramatic improvement in speed. I'm assuming the interface is so sluggish because this is still an Alpha stage. Using features like the information panel are so incredibly slow, even on a fast machine with lots of memory.

Praying now in Georgia, and will continue as the Lord brings you to mind.

I'll second that.

I'm interested in this commentary series. I'd love to have the question answered, and I'll add another to it: If I purchase this commentary series now, and new volumes are added at a later date, how does Logos usually handle the upgrade (if such a thing exists). Mark
