Well thanks Boris - this adds to the number of replies that I have had to that question
Hi Mike, I would like to answer your question, too, and maybe someone will be able to help me find a work around. (Perhaps I am missing a really obvious way to do what I have always done with Logos - before getting L4 and then L4

Hi Mike, Thanks so much for your reply! I really do need to find out a way to function until it works in L4 for Mac. I uninstalled my old Logos when I upgraded to L4 - can that be put back on my new computer, which is now a Mac? I didn't know Libronix 3 worked for Mac. And if so, how do you go about doing it? Gathering all the old CDs and reloading

It is rather ridiculous what Sharon is having to do which natively should be available.
I agree, though from what Sharon described and from what she actually tried to do Copy and Paste would have been more useful in this particular case.
I don't believe this! I thought about asking you in the last post if you'd seen Mark Barnes' videos, but since he hadn't released one on Passage Lists yet, I didn't. Turns out he did release one on Passage Lists virtually the second I made that decision
Thank you so much, fgh. I appreciate your help very much. I am watching

  • Re: Printing versus Copy/Paste Text - Explanation Please

David, I want to clarify something and ask an additional question. Even simple copy and paste would help me immeasurably at this time (while waiting for print/export). Is there anyway that can be done on the search panel, or say, on the list of cross-references listed when you use passage guide. (As in: use passage guide for Isaiah 15-16 and be able

Floyd, Actually, I have my old computer with Logos 3 still on in sitting on the floor of my office. Sometimes I think I will hook it up to use it and then I think, it won't be long until Logos 4 is going to have it so I will just continue this way...but I will be glad when the full printing and copying functions come to Logos 4 - very soon, I hope!

  • Re: Laptop specs that run Logos well

I just bought a new laptop two months ago. I customized it with Toshiba (I started with a large screen size for my eyes). I tried to give it all the get up and go it would hold. It is a 18.4" Toshiba Satellite P500 with 250 SSD, 6 GB ram; 64 bit OS; Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9600 @ 2.80 GHz; and Discreet graphics. It came with Windows 7. It does a great

Jacob, I'm very familiar with Crohn's. And if that is what you have, then I praise God that He has given so much information to men i n the pas t so that at this very time it is known how to get it under control, keep it under control, and give you a very normal life. (Not to downplay any of your suffering.) He has winnowed your path and He has left
I misspelled his last name, it is Bengel. Here's much more about him and his works: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johann_Albrecht_Bengel As far a definition of "gnomon", at first I thought of was my collection of little statues in my front yard. This is better: Etymology From Latin gnomon (pointer), from Greek gnomon (interpreter
My favorite two word-reference websites also have some good info on gnomon: http://www.onelook.com (multi-dictionary search; also has a reverse lookup feature -- look up the definition and it finds a word for you) http://www.wordnik.com (shows you examples of how to use each word in a dictionary, images from Flickr if available

Thanks, John! That was it! Well, actually I had two spaces (the old rule of two spaces after a colon)! But I still only got 43 resources instead of 50, so I took out Arthur, and just put Pink and wahlah! There they were! I have never, ever done a collection before and I am so excited to begin to learn how! Wow! Thanks so much! Sharon

  • Why won't my home page stay customized?

Why, when I customize my home page, does it keep going back to some sort of a default? I only want the preferred Bible in the features catagory. And I want everything but the devotionals in the content section. This has happened for weeks and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any help! Sharon
