    There are many fitness tracker which has reminders to move after a period of inactivity ( I am a Fitbit user), this is especially useful for desk bound officer worker like me...     Thanks Mark! FL has made it so seamless that it looks so automatic... my google calendar app on my mobile phone got updated immediately once I exported the reading plan in Logos. This is a very useful feature - I can set reminders to read my bible :)
