This worked for me as well. I would hope that FL would post something on their support page or even remove the download since it is a issue that prevents use of the product.
6.8 SR-1 has now shipped and includes a fix for this issue.
I'll add a link to this thread so we can post once the fix is available.
6.8 SR-1 has now shipped and should fix this issue for you.

6.8 SR-1 (6.8.0.0059) is available for download. If you have automatic updates turned on, 6.8 SR-1 will be downloaded automatically the next time your system checks for updates. To install it right away, enter the Update Now command. If you encounter problems with the auto update, download 6.8 SR-1 using the appropriate link: Mac Windows Release Notes
I can't see the Biblical Theologies Guide section in the PG or EG. I tried "update resources" in case I was missing a dataset, but it said no updates were found. "Update now" and "update resources" seem substantially quicker now, by the way. Is that a server-side improvement, or something else?
Does the section appear

Logos 6.9 Beta 1 is now available for download. As mentioned in this thread , Betas 1, and 2 for Logos 6.9 will not automatically download from the beta channel. To install Beta 1, please see the download links included below. You will need to manually download and run the installer for each Beta release until Beta 3, at which point automatic updating

The last two options give the opportunity to select an existing document (i.e. a passage list or a clippings file), but don't do anything.
The "Lemma Lists Dataset" was replaced many versions ago with DB:LEMMAS, and as far as I know all users should get licenses for both automatically. I'm reaching out to find out why the old dataset would be showing up as "New to you" but you shouldn't have any loss of functionality, as current versions of Logos 6 don't use
Thanks Graham, but that was about as clear as mud.
To clarify a bit : You do own the dataset listed, there's just an issue with the display on Logos.com. That dataset shouldn't be listed on the comparison page.
This is where I have the "not available" resource with a big yellow warning triangle. Don't add this one or you will crash.
This (and the error in your logs) matches an issue that we've been looking into with 6.8, and we are planning to ship an SR this week which should address the issue. I've added a link to this thread
I figured I'd try to detail all the steps just in case there is a bug Courses that caused the layout to become corrupted after clicking and dragging the Suggested Reading links or right clicking on the link to open the link in a new tab. If that IS the case, then Faithlife could fix it. But, if not, and my layout got corrupted
Hello, Just as in subject. Since the last update my Logos is suffering from this weird crash. It opens normally, but when I want to get information on certian words in the Bible it crashes. I tried to log in with (CTRL) key pressed but it does not work. I have changed the preferable Bible from NASB to ESV but it does not work
Bump @FaithLife Could someone verify this bug and file a case?
Thanks for your patience! I can confirm this on Mac, but on Windows resources immediately shift focus after opening, even clicking just directly on the title. I *think* this is the intended behavior, but I'll make a case to clarify which is correct
Dylan, no go for me using 6.8 Mac. Just shows no results.
I spoke to a developer and this is apparently some form of authentication issue with their web service, from what I understand. He's working with them to get it sorted, though I don't know how long that will take.

Could you please give me an example of a reference that isn't working?
The example I posted early on in this thread - Hebrews 1:1-2 - is no longer providing any results for me.
Huh. That's the first one I tried: I'll pass the info along and see what we can figure out. Thanks
I'm also having this problem: I get no results. Has anyone heard when this problem will be solved? I told people about this feature, in order to persuade them to buy Verbum, and now it seems not to work. Rather embarrassing for me.
I know Rick said earlier it was somewhat sporadic, but I'm getting proper results this

I was able to reproduce this, and Bradley figured out this seems to have broken when we fixed another issue. I've created a case. Due to reduced staff during the Christmas holidays, 6.9 Betas 1 and 2 will only be available for manual download. Automatic updates will resume with 6.9 Beta 3, and the six week update schedule will continue uninterrupted. Support and bug fixes will likely have longer than normal response times. Merry Christmas!
I'm not seeing that in 6.8. The three label examples are missing.
The Label examples are there in Basic search, but not Bible search. The searches produce 0 results in Bible search, so they're omitted.
