  • Re: Logos4 Desktop background

I hope this works... it's a win7 themepack, I saved it to share so hopefully it will work, let me know if it doesn't. the nice thing about Win7 themes is after you have the default you can go in and make changes. 4666.Logos 7 Theme.zip

  • Re: Logos4 Desktop background

I made a Win7 Logos 4 themepack which uses the logos4 boxes... I could send it to anyone who wants it... All I did was use this as the background centered, used sonata as the sound theme, and also made the background and color a blue... you could use this and make your own... even in Xp as a background

  • Re: Will Logos run with Windows 7?

My new install of Windows 7 is running Logos fine.. I wonder if Logos plans to make use of the new jump list feature on the taskbar, I have the Libronix logo pinned to the taskbar and it'd be interesting to see what features they could add to the jump list--- go to bible passage, go to devotional... any other thoughts out there as to what might be nice

  • Re: Windows Mobile Users

I had the same issue, the 2 question only allows for one response. I have an htc touch pro, which has touchscreen, keyboard and is winmo 6.1-- at the moment I'm blanking on what the 3rd part of that question was

You might email Morris Proctor, he's pretty good at discovering work arounds... if there is any. I think you can find the link to his website on Logos under the support section.

  • Re: Product Addition Needed / Wanted

I like Jim's suggestion of a skinny reader that would allow for reading, as I'd do it on my mobile phone if I had it with me, right now I do use Olive Tree just for a Bible text, but I also don't want to pay for too many different duplicate resources either, but I'd love to take one of the book from my Logos bookshelf of several thousand, and read it

  • Re: Using OneNote to Support Logos

I like using One Note, and I'm an avid Logos user, but I'm still going to hold out to see how the new note system will be in Logos 4.0, before I consider using One Note for my notes. However, are you familiar with tabletbible.com which has a nkjv and and esv notebook set up for One Note. It has the actual text of the version all set up in one note.

  • Re: Logos startup sound -- keep it, change it, kill it?

Bob, I like the new sound you have at the end of your videos... the blip, blip, blip as the letters of the word Logos are flipped... if that was available I'd use it as my startup sound. I used to use the startup sound, but after many years of use, I've since stopped doing so. I don't know why I like the little blip sound, I guess, short sweet and to

Thanks I didn't notice the link above the special note which was set off by the box. Thanks for the link.

  • ESV study notes

Noticed in the new update on the esv study bible pre pub that was sent out it said you can just get the notes if you already have the esv, but I don't see anywhere to do so... no link was included, or maybe more info is coming? Thanks

  • Re: Book Reading

Bohuslav & et al: I had made a request for a feature like that and Bob (Illustrious Logos President) indicated that this is something he himself wants in the next version, so I made the conclusion that this kind of feature will be added, but should probably qualify my first post in noting that I'm assuming so based on his desire. I'd be surprised if

  • Re: Reading mode in Logos

I know for a fact that this is one of the features that Bob Pritchett wants to see as well, so I'm betting it will be in the next version. In the meantime you can select a book and then go in and change the font size to make it more reasonable to read, but it's one you'll have to change back when you're done with reading.

  • Re: What do you think of web forums instead of newsgroups?

I think having it web based is probably the way to go. Seems like there were just periodic problems getting on the news group servers and at times, it seems like the server is down. I also like the ability to access from anywhere. I'm guessing I might make use of it more, as currently I have to use Windows mail, as Outlook doesn't have a news reader
