Howdy, this may not be a complete answer, but we've dabbled with some of this. First of all, since you reference ATEM software, I'm assuming you must have a Blackmagic hardware solution like the ATEM Television Studio (ATEM TS) since ATEM is not part of Livestream.com, but a Blackmagic product line. Assuming that is true, then these are some of the

Same problem - both a Mac Desktop and Windows 8 laptop cannot sync down services (Red triangle in the sync spinner and message: "An error occured during synchronizations, click to try again").

Hi Anthony, The delay you are describing is longer than ordinary from our experience at least. Here is an experiment you can try. We found on one laptop that advancing using the arrow keys was quite slow, but if we connected a presentation remote (an RF clicker type, in our case) and advanced the slides with the remote instead of the keyboard the transitions

Thanks for pushing the fix out so quickly. We are in the middle of our VBS as well and were really scratching our heads trying to figure out where that was coming from.

Just confirming Benjamin's observation. I was unable to locate the graphic he was looking for and have similarly been unable to find a few we were looking for as well. If we decide to continue using Graceway Media, is it best to secure an account with them through their own website instead of through Proclaim to ensure access to their full library?

My understanding is that Proclaim will allow as many monitors as your video card can natively support. The major caveat is that it currently only allows for one "Slides" output (though mirroring that display in your graphics card settings is a work around). Someone please correct me if this is mistaken.

Today I tested the following setup: PC running Proclaim iPad running Proclaim Remote in the fullscreen mode Airplay iPad display to PC running Airserver (which lets a PC play in the Airplay world) Results: Everything worked well, with the PC running Airserver about half a second behind the main presentation. Because I am using Airplay, there is an iPad

There is a way to simulate the effect you are going for. Just format your content slide like so: Main Heading -- Main Heading - Subpoint 1 -- Main Heading - Subpoint 1 - Subpoint 2 -- etc. This will generate separate slides that reveal one new point at a time. It isn't fancy, but it works. I hope that helps.

Thanks for clarifying my remarks Allen. Good point about using the Matrox drivers to clone displays. Proclaim itself, however, is unable to send more than one "Slides" output, correct?
-
Hi Shawn, If you want to have your main presentation on multiple screens, this is not currently an option. My understanding is that you can only have one main slide output, but a combination of confidence and notes outputs.

Thanks Scott, and thank you for following up via email with more information. We made it through Sunday services just fine and I'll look forward to the update tomorrow.

Proclaim crashed tonight after duplicating a song in a service and then attempting to type the name of a new song into the title field. Related logs are attached below. It seems to be related to a thread permissions issue. 0508.ProclaimCrash.txt 2086.Proclaim.log 63811.ProclaimError.log

I would also add that if your mobile users are connecting to the internet through your wireless network rather than through cellular data plans, then a cheap wireless access point is going to grind to a halt under the load of 50+ connections, regardless of internet connection speed. You may need to install some commercial grade wireless access points

Thank you Allen. The fix appears to be working.

Hi Ann, Any word on whether they have started to figure this issue out? We are celebrating our Proclaim subscription auto-renewing by adding two more computers (including mine) to the list of machines that are crashing to the point of being unusable. It seems that the crashes are predominantly related to any attempt to scroll or search through the

Hi Christian, I can understand some of your frustrations with Proclaim, and to be honest, our church is evaluating whether we will continue to use it. However, it isn't to difficult to create a template in Proclaim as long as you are OK with not calling it a template. :) Create a service that you would like to be the 'template' for future services.
-
Hi Stephen, Currently Proclaim only allows a 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio. We have a 16:10 projector at our church that we put into 16:9 mode. I assume part of your problem is that the screen itself has been built to the unique aspect ratio of your projector, so adjusting the projector's aspect ratio doesn't help the visual problem. I hope you find a solution

Hi Daniel. Cool question. I ran a little test and, lo and behold, it is quite possible, with a catch. The catch is that you are reliant on the internet cooperating to pull this off. Step 1: Open your google presentation and choose the "Publish to the web" option from the "File" menu. This should display the dialogue below. Copy the URL indicated. Checking

No trouble at all. Besides, right after posting the pictures above, Proclaim began to crash on me as well - so I needed to post my own log files. :)

We are experiencing frequent crashes on at least three different windows systems. In every case the crash log indicates the following: Error ID: 6805 Error detail: ArgumentException: Width and Height must be non-negative. Any ideas? 0246.ProclaimCrash.txt 8054.Proclaim.log 74825.ProclaimError.log
