When I open up LOGOS, the home screen is nearly unreadable with pictures being placed over some text, or vice versa. Anything I can do?

Sorry Mark, I was not clear enough. I am running a Mac with OXS 10.8.4. Upgraded from the Scholars Library on Logos 4 for Mac. I've gone through the instructions on deleting everything, and initiating the process again. Currently downloading LogosMac.dmg again to see how it will go this time. Hopefully this works. Thanks for responding! I'll update

So, after buying the upgrade to 5 and downloading it. I read the instructions and watched the video intro. It opened, but has yet to try and index or update my library - it's been all day. I'm guessing that's not right. Help, please! Thanks! ta;
You can import other pallets, though its not supported :-). Check this one out @ http://www.stilltruth.com/blog/normanjd/import-utility-logos-4-palettes
Hey JW, Thanks for that! I took a look, and those instructions don't seem to be working for me. I have Logos 4 for Mac, and can't find that visualmarkup.bp file anywhere

Do you know of a place where I can find a fuller Precept markup pallet? Is it possible to import one if such a thing exists?
You can't import other people's palettes into your copy of Logos. However you can create your own palette (first duplicating the existing Precept palette to save time

Thanks Kevin - that is helpful. Disappointing, but helpful. Do you know of a place where I can find a fuller Precept markup pallet? Is it possible to import one if such a thing exists?

I like your layout and have done my best to duplicate it. One problem I'm having - I have my other Bible set up for hyperlinks etc., but it also is displaying my highlights. I notice yours does not seem to be doing that - can you help me out, please? What am I missing? I love Precept and am excited to try it on Logos. My mother was a Precept teacher

Thanks Dominic. I'll take a look. There is a version for Logos 4, I've seen. Does anybody know the difference between that method and the precept method?
-
Thanks Floyd! I'll definitely check that out!

Thanks, Rick. I'm checking all of those posts out, and looking for others. Really like the Precept stuff, so hoping to find some great tools here for that. Really want to maximize my Library while doing so. Thanks!!

Hey Folks - I just found these forums and would love to get help from people using Logos 4 for Precept like Inductive Bible Study here. I have Logos 4 on my Macbook Pro. Where do I start? Are there any tutorials anywhere? Any help is greatly appreciated!
