• Re: Collection based on reading status

Although you can't create a collection, just in case you don't know this, you can filter all your resources by "Reading", "Finished", or "Unread"

  • Re: Is it possible to prioritize grammars?

The key to know if any resource can be prioritized is to look at how it is indexed. For instance, BDAG is indexed by Greek headwords and by page. On the other hand most grammars are indexed by page. As a result, it is my understanding that they really can't be prioritized in the way lexicons can be.

  • Re: Already Purchased NIV Audio Bible

Welcome to the forums Samuel. Unfortunately I it is not possible for your to simply migrate a resource from Apply (or any other provider) into your Logos library. You would need to purchase it again to have it in Logos. When you think about it, it makes sense.

  • Re: How to list all footnotes in the Passion Translation
The only way I know is via a wildcard search that takes too long. Power Lookup is your best method, but it only allows you to copy the footnotes from the visible page.
Thanks Dave. That is what I thought. It would be great if Faithlife would have an easier way to do this.

I will upload new logs if it crashes

  • Re: Elohim sense categorized as deity vs idol
The annotation for the Bible Sense Lexicon was a multi-year project involving manual curation by several curators with advanced training in biblical languages: it's one of the largest investments we've made in annotating the meaning of the biblical text. So it was not done by program, and it certainly wasn't done arbitrarily

  • Re: Begging for votes on Search improvements

I've voted for most of these good suggestions. There are so many projects that Faithlife could undertake so it is very helpful for people to vote to help determine that priority.

Does anyone know of a way to list out all of the footnotes in the Passion Translation? I would like to scroll through them without hovering over each of them.

I will have to play around with it more to see what may be going on. I wonder if someone from Faithlife might look at this.

  • Re: Crash: Logos crashed several times using the info tool
Sorry Bruce no thoughts on that crash, you could however try unticking all of the options under settings for Other References, and then see if still crashing. Then add them back a few at a time to see if you can diagnose which one is causing the problem.
Thanks but not excited about doing that.
Does it happen on all words or just a specific word?
You question made me curious so I tried to open that section again using a different word and it crashed again. So I would say probably all words.
