    Thanks Glenn. I reported it and they said they would look into it. After seeing yours and Karl’s posts, however, I don’t think I can get my hopes up too much though. There have only been a handful of times when I took advantage of a marketing email but when I did, I was glad to have gotten it. Oh well, we can always hope!

  • Not Receiving Emails

    Yesterday, I emailed customer service because I had not received my birthday credit. They replied with a code and told me that they did not know why I did not get it. Today, I see that people have gotten their Faithlife Connect credits. I have yet to receive mine. While thinking about this, I now realize that I am not getting any of the Logos emails

    Thank you for the instructions Mike. I am on my laptop at work. When I get home, I will download it. Once I download all media, where would I go to delete it once I am finished? I could probably search and find it, but thought asking might be easier.

    I am trying to do a course in my free time at work. Our internet connection is not the fastest and the course video buffers so much that it is basically unusable. I was hoping that Logos would detect this and automatically lower the quality of the stream in order to be able to stream without problems. Can we manually lower the quality of the stream

    Thanks Mike. The original one was an old collection (at least three years or older). I thought I wanted to delete it and then thought “Oh, why not keep it?” Luckily, it was an easy collection for me to recreate.

    Last week I discovered that when you attempt to recover a deleted collection from documents.logos.com it does not work properly. The recovered collection does not contain any rules or resources, only the title. Thank you. .

  • Bible Study Magazine Vol. 11 Free?

    I don't know if it is because I am a connect member, or not, but I was just able to purchase BSM Volume 11 for free. It is no longer showing as "Temporary" in my library. When I signed out of Logos.com it shows regular price. I'm guessing it is because of Faithlife Connect but I really don't know. I just wanted to post here in case anyone wants to check
