Using RC2, if I print to Adobe PDF, it (Acrobat) just gives me an error message and aborts creating the PDF. Is this intentional? I wanted to read it on my Nook. Greg
I've found that turning off the "Rely on system fonts only" option under the printing properties tends to help with that issue
Thanks. I have an older version of Acrobat (6), so it was a matter of unchecking the box that says "do not export fonts". It solved the problem Greg
Jason, I've run a few tests and I don't believe the footnotes are printed. That may (meaning, this is a wild guess) have something to do with copyright. Or it's an oversight. Yeah. that was helpful.
It must be an oversight because if you highlight the text in the article and click on copy and then paste it into Word
However, I don't think Ashland is Wesleyan, that would be Asbury Theological. While the journals are mostly conservative, I would disagree that there is any particular Reformed emphasis. Bibliotheca Sacra, Central

  • Eusebius Church History as a standalone.

I would like to be able to have Eusebius' Church History without having to buy the whole Schaff collection or even The Greek Ecclesiastical Historians of the First Six Centuries of the Christian Era (6 Vols.) for $95. Is there something that prevents this from being offered as an unbundled item?
