I have extensively highlighted my Bible and made a tone of notes and cross references. Now I would like to start over and study my Bible from a reformed perspective (like the sovereignty of God, election, and so forth). Hi I deleted BibleIndex and LibraryIndex and restarted my MBP. I launched the Logos Logging Utility and opened the Logos application and let it run together for 4hrs. The index remains stuck at 8%. Can you review the newly attached logging file and let me know what I should do? Thanks Moises

Why does Logos show 0% indexed? It has shown 0% for 30 minutes and counting with no change.

Hi Dave, I rebooted and relaunched the Logos Logging Utility and reopened Logos. This time I left it alone for 15minutes and 30 seconds before saving the new report I'm attaching here. Can you review the new report and help me fix the indexing issue? Thanks Moises

Hello, Logos freezes at 1% indexing on my MBP. I tried closing and restarting the Logos application as well as shutting down my MBP, rebooting it and relaunch Logos and it continues to freeze at 1% indexing. Does anyone have any instructions on what I should do to fix this? Thanks! Moses

I performed a disk check and everything came out fine. Does Faithlife Tech Support respond to posts here? Do you know if I have to call them? -Moses

Hi Dave, I shut down the Logos application, deleted the LibraryIndex folder and restarted my MBP. When my MBP restarted, I went ahead and launch Logos. After the Logos application opened it began Indexing but now it will not get beyond 0% . It was previously getting stuck at 6% and 19% . Now it stays at 0% . I ran another Logos log and attached it to
