I have a case to make it an automated list, instead of a manual code-level change.
-
My fixes should be deployed within a couple hours.
-
Responded to that thread, thanks for the link fgh!
-
Thanks for the report. I've fixed this on internal, you should see it live within a couple hours.
-
We've sent you 36 emails in the past hour, but between 11:34-12:36 PDT we were unable to connect to your email provider. Other email providers did not seem effected. Your email provider became responsive around 12:46 PDT, so you should have just gotten a large batch of emails.
There is just one problem: even though I subscribed immediately, I have already missed getting all the most important posts as e-mails. Any chance there is a setting you can change so that new subscribers get all posts, and not just all new posts? If so, could you activate that for the next 24 hours or so, before you go back to normal
Unfortunately I didn't recognise the quote, since I never got Glenn's post: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/92570/642968.aspx#642968 . So there are still posts going astray. I'm not your favourite person in the world these days, am I?
There are certain cases where the subscriber fails to send a message for some posts
-
I believe quote formatting is now fixed in email notifications, please let me know if I missed a case.
-
Existing posts/threads with ";amp" in the subject should be corrected.
-
I believe I fixed the problem with quotes in Post subjects for new threads. However, existing posts/threads will still be 'corrupt' at a database level. I'm working on correcting the data.
-
Ingenious! I believe I deployed fixes for some of your reported bugs today, thanks for the detailed report! I'll tally up all existing issues tomorrow and see what I can do.

Permissions to post, it's an error about Access Denied because you don't have access to that particular Forum. Have you tried copying the text, and trying to create a "new post", then pasting the text into the new post?
-
The error I'm seeing says it's error-ing because you don't have permission, trying to increase its helpfulness for the future.
-
What thread are you trying to post to? I see a number of errors, but not sure which correlates to your issue.

You may turn off all emails by going to https://community.logos.com/user/EditProfile.aspx Clicking Site Options Then selecting No , followed by save Improvements were done to the emailing system so it doesn't crash all the time, and uses your Faithlife.com email address. Which means you may have subscribed years ago, but it's been broken for you since
But I MUST have notifications of my own posts!!! They are absolutely crucial to me! That's how I keep at least some kind of track of all my bug reports, suggestions, and so on. Taking those away from me is like cutting off both my legs and still expecting me to walk!
I removed the exclusion, you should now get notified of
Thanks Toby. Will you notify me when the issue is resolved?
Greg, I rewrote email notifications, they should now go to whatever email you have on your Faithlife profile.
-
I am now. I never got https://community.logos.com/forums/p/92249/640590.aspx#640590 . And I haven't gotten any of my own posts today.
You won't get notifications for your own posts with the new system. Thanks for the reports, I'm looking into them.
It sounds like the feature has only partially been removed. The "[Edit Tags]" link at the bottom of a post should be deleted.
That is correct, I have them almost entirely removed, I should be deploying changes this week.

Anyone else noted an improvement?
Yes! It has recently been very good. I hope it is here to stay!
There's more to come too, I haven't even pushed my numerous fixes and improvements yet! The current speed up should be from general server-side improvements, which applies to Proclaim
