  • Preparing your library, this may take awhile...

I love Logos, I really do, but sometimes I get frustrated by the wait. I got off work early from my day job--I'm a part-time local pastor--and wanted to work on my sermon before dinner. But, NO! I've been waiting on Logos to load for the last 5 minutes watching the circle go round and round and looking at the message, "Preparing your library, this may

  • Re: New Flashcard app

Well, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and all my flashcard files show up on my phone. I hope I don't have to do this every time I add flashcards.

  • New Flashcard app

Well, I've installed the flashcard app on my android phone and it is a great app. I created a list, following the instruction on the LogosTalk promo http://blog.logos.com/2014/03/new-free-greek-and-hebrew-flashcard-app/?fb_action_ids=10202711832691186&fb_action_types=og.recommends . However, I've download some of the premade lists from https://faithlife

Thank you Rosie. I've received a lot of great information, now I have to figure out the best, and quickest, way to use it. To Rosie and all, how do you use your background collection? Do you search by topic, or do you add them to a guide. I'm building custom guides (following the Joe Miller approach http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UOIuGMjgoA ) to help

Keep Smiling: BINGO! Following your link, I've created a collection that has many resources that I didn't know I had. Logos is a rich environment and I'm poorly equipped to use it properly. Now I have to play around with the collection to see what it gives me. Thank you all for your help. Greg

Thanks Floyd (and everyone who responded to my post). No I had not seen Pope's Compendium. It looks fascinating, so I put in a bid. When I look around Logos, I feel like a kid in a candy store who wants to by 50 cents worth of candy with 5 cents in my pocket. Shalom, Greg
