Not sure if your reply is meant to be funny or not, I don't want anything other than a little more consideration at times of customer needs. This issue in the forum software has been happening for a long time. No other forum I participate in has the spam permitted that FL permits. FL seems at times to really miss the customer perspective on what is

I am on Verbum 6.3, and it runs fine, sorry you had that problem! The searches have run perfectly with same results for me since version 4. Did it run ok when you tried again? If not turn on logging and post your log files - that crashes needs to be squashed.

This goes back! Back in 2010 I worked my way through constructing them using some articles, books (noted in the thread) and a version in one of the articles from Logos 3: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/5030.aspx But that's for interest - there is a Faithlife group Logos Syntax Searching that has the two searches I built there! You can easily join

I noticed today that the emails for a couple of threads arrive dated like 7 or 8 hours ago - this is one: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/93560/649535.aspx#649535 Not sure why their time is so old...

When the hyperlink above the Home Screen says 'click to restart', for example when resources are available, and the hyperlink is clicked, Verbum will close, but it will not restart - has to be done manually.

If anyone is interested, I attach an update copy of Calvin's fine work, with a few changes: 1. The Headings are all Heading 1 so they show up in the Logos Table of Contents; 2. The headings are changed to Times Roman (they were Cambria), so they match the rest of the document plus provide more felxibility in font changes within Logos; 3. I added Page

These forums are for questions about usage of Logos software. Others may disagree with your position on the author's perspective, and hence a debate begins which does not belong here. Please adhere to the guidelines and refrain, thanks!

Why don't we just leave the OP to his thoughts since theology discussions are not part of these forums anyway. Take it to Faithlife or another forum if you want to challenge someone why they care about something they care for, please!
I suppose what I'm wondering is...why does it matter?
How do you know there is not meditative, contemplative, or discernment opportunities in the question? Since when did the Bible become the basis only for asking and answering obvious quesitons? Sometimes the most obvious, obscure, or apparently meaningless from Scripture

Hmm...you raise a good point Mick, I forgot about links and tagging.

Actually upon closer inspection there are several Lexham Resources that by title appear the same except each has an SBL: edition. I wonder what the difference is between them?

Found duplicate of "Grace Abounding to the Chief of Sinners"

I was wondering about this as well?
-
I have been cleaning out duplicate resources in my library, and I was wondering if you know of any duplicates that should be addressed? I do not mean older versions of the same resource, as they may have some value to me (example: Bible translations that have been u updated). I am speaking of same content-duplicate resources. This includes Personal

Thanks Dave you said it better than me. I still think checking out different channels on both ends is advisable, as interference can cause problems. Here is an article on it, and in my experience I have found some channels clearly run faster and more reliably than others, albeit all connect and are functional: http://compnetworking.about.com/od/wifihomenetworking

Also, try another channel for your wireless card to use (it's a driver setting). Wireless channels can be affected my interference from many sources - phones, electrical equipment, etc. You can also with some wireless cards change the bandwidth that it uses (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), if you can with yours see if that affects the way it works. You might also
Does this version have an RI or not?
No it does not...

Good catch Alabama! There is also a program setting for Line Spacing (Tight normal or loose) that may be affecting it - it makes it look different on mine. These settings do not affect Notes, just resources.

I did a search of ESV NT in Words of Christ for hell, heaven, and kingdom and got this: hell: 12 heaven: 118 kingdom: 107 Hell is translated as γέεννα every time but 1; I did a BWS on γέεννα to see if it was translated any other way (since Words of Christ uses surface words I believe), and it was not. Maybe this is not entirely accurate, but my conclusion

Mark, thank you so much! This looked to be a tough job as the tagging was much different, so thank you for your effort, ingenuity, or both!
