• Re: Video Tutorial: How to Send to Kindle after the "Send to Kindle" service is switched off

I was excited to see this video. However, it is not working for me. I'm following the steps carefully, but when I get to the step to Print/Export and enter "page i-9999" or "page 1-9999" Logos does not update the page numbers. The only way I'm able to select multiple pages is to click the boxes under "use these sections." That becomes tedious when there

  • Re: What does the orange exclamation point mean?

Well, the iPad highlights and notes just synced up with Logos on the Mac so I think the problem has been solved. Prior to today, the highlights I made on the iPad were not showing up on the website (so I think the problem was with the mobile app). I was told (by tech support) and the release of the iOS version 5.1.0 app would likely fix this issue.

  • What does the orange exclamation point mean?

I've been unable to get the highlights (which I make on my iPad) show up on the Mac version of Logos. I notice that I've got an orange exclamation point when I try to sync. (See next to "layouts" at the top right of the screen shot). Is this the problem? Any help would be appreciated as this syncing issue has been going on for about three weeks now

I have three different devices called "Mike's iPhone." Any suggestions on how to tell which is a previous iPhone and which is my current phone? Thanks!

You can sort the columns in such a way where you can see what resources are on what device.
Do you "open up Logos and go to your library" on your computer or iPad? I tried on my computer (Mac) but I can't figure out how to sort the columns to see

Thanks Rosie. My settings were for MLA. I never would have thought to try a different style. Switching that did the trick. Thank you!
When I copy and paste verses from Logos to another program, like Word, the footnote that it adds no longer includes the verse location/citation, only copyright and book information (i.e. New Living Translation, or New International Version).
Has anyone found a solution to this?
http://www.shkaminski.com/Church/ I'm not a programmer. I built these because I needed them. I would love to share them, but they I don't know how well they would work on another computer.
Steven, I just looked at what you've put together and I would love to try these on my computer if you are still open to sharing

  • Is there a way to find out what layout I'm currently working in?

I have created a number of layouts and some of them are pretty similar to one another. And I was just trying to figure out which layout I was currently working in and I can't figure it out. It's probably something simple, but I can't find this out and was wondering if anyone can help me. By the way, a big thank you to everyone who contributes to these

How can I find out how much video memory I have on my computer? I have a Dell XPS, M1330 running Windows Vista. I searched all over the control panel and system info but I guess I'm just missing something.
For those of you who have multiple commentaries...what would be your top five choices?
It's difficult to say a top five. But, if they cover the book I'm preaching from, five I always try to read for sermon prep are: 1. Preaching the Word (Kent Hughes) 2. Boice Commentaries 3. Pillar NT Commentaries 4. IVP NT Commentaries

  • Re: Docking floating panel does not return to where it was

Hank, I noticed this too, but I found that if I take one additional step it will solve the problem. Just right click the tab you want to float and "open a copy in a new tab" first. Then float that tab. When you're finished, just close the floating window instead of docking it. Your original tab will remain unchanged.
