In my 4 resources on Parables, the Sheep and Goats is not included! All my English bibles with pericopes do not distinguish it as a parable, unlike the first two in Mt 25 - it is usually called "The judgement..." or "The Sheep and the Goats" (Greek UBS4 likewise).
Hmmm. If it is NOT a parable, does that mean that

  • Data bug: Parables dataset

After doing a search in All Bible Text in New Testament in Top Bibles for {label Parables] I get a list of many parables from Matthew into Romans, but the parables in Matthew did not include the Sheep and Goats (Matthew 25:31 ff). Was this omission an oversight, or is Logos telling us something subtle?

That would be handy, but I have never seen anything about an outliner tool in Logos.

Hello, Jonathan: It sounds like you want a numbered list, like this: First item Second item And so forth If you are working on a Note, the menu at the top has an icon to start the list. Click it again at the end to turn it off. If you are working on something else, please supply more clues (desktop/mobile, Win/Mac, etc)
I'm trying to create a note on a lemma so that the lemma will have a note icon and the content of the note will show up anywhere the lemme does, Is this possible?
You can create a note on the desired lemma in your dictionary/lexicon. Would that help?

Thanks for your patient explanations, Fred. (With my apologies also to the original post-er) I did as you suggested, typing a reference into the Sermon Tool, which pasted the text, but then I had to copy and paste the discussion questions from the matching Note. Is there an easier way?

After wrestling with the Sermon Tool for a whole day, I can make it work, but it takes lots of copying and pasting, unlike the old method. Am I missing something about importing Notes into the Sermon Tool?
Jack, I'd like your permission to duplicate the content of the sample study you provided in another format that may help Logos user discover an alternative for using notes to teach bible studies, small groups, classes, etc.
By all means!
I am curious about why you print your notes. I have seen many posts talking about Printing notes and Notebooks. I'm interested in why users are printing their notes. Just curious
Until Logos 8, exporting a Notes document to Word yielded a two-column table with Notes in the right-hand column. By expanding the left column
When I print my notes or export them to a file, I only get the content of my notes (what I typed), but not the corresponding anchors. That's quite useless. Does anybody have this problem, or know how to fix it?
The list of coming improvements does not mention exporting anchors with Notes: Sorting notes by reference
I think what you are saying is that adding a note / highlight to a Notebook automatically enables that Notebook in the resource. This has been true for a long time - see https://community.logos.com/forums/p/96841/667534.aspx#667534 for mention of it under the old Notes system - and I think it is the right behaviour. Otherwise

  • BUG: Adding highlight enables disabled notebook

BUG: Adding highlight enables disabled notebook To reproduce this behavior, see attachment. 8611.BUG.docx Why is this bug important? If many resources have Notebooks enabled, response time slows to a crawl. It is possible to turn them off, but it would be a hassle to have to keep killing Zombie notebooks.
