  • Re: Chronological bible reading for Logos 4

Bohuslav, Good point. I'm curious if there is a way to integrate a chronological plan that has reference to the ESV study bible notes. Is that even possible?

  • Re: A15 Indexing?

Same issue here. Had to finally close it out due to my MBP running loud and hot after 3 hours. I'm running a 2.8ghz 4gb so i know it's not a machine issue.

Thanks. This might sound like a dumb question, but how do I update to A15? It has always auto updated to this point so I'm not sure how to manually do it. Thanks in advance!

  • Re: Logos is not auto-updating

I'm using A12. The only time I get a window filled with information is when I bring up my book library. When I click on "Program Settings" a blank window comes up (just like everything else I click on).

I tried going to Tools>Program Settings and got no other options. In other words, nothing came up for me to be able to turn on auto updates. Am I missing something?

  • Re: Not yet working menu options should be grey

That sounds like a good and reasonable idea. Of course, i'm not the dude that would have do it so I'm not sure what the work would entail. Would this be more trouble than it's worth?

  • Re: Be Honest - Would you buy again?

I've been a Logos user since '04 and I can honestly say, yes, I would buy it again! Right now I continue to use the older version of the Mac software for sermon writing since L4Mac isn't a finished work. I think it comes down to perspective. For example, I don't view L4Mac as a done deal. I purchased it with the idea of having a voice in the development

  • Re: Thank You New Mac Users

Since diving into L4Mac last Friday, and reading these forums, a big thank you from the red head in Texas also goes out to all of "y'all". Although I still can't figure a lot of this alpha stuff out, your extension of kindness in helping folks has been very encouraging. Just hope I can return the favor somehow. If something needs to be tested my mac

Excellent, thanks! I'll spend a lot of time playing with it this weekend. Just felt as though every time I tried to do something I would get this This is not yet developed message. Good to know that it sounds as if I'm on the right track! Thanks again for the replies!

Fellas, Thanks for the input! I understand that this is the alpha version but I guess what I'm trying to do at this point is ensure that I've got everything up and running correctly in its current alpha state. I think after reading some of the threads here I might have gotten a little over excited thinking that either my library didn't sync correctly

  • Re: Screenshot help for new L4 install

Thanks! I finally found a thread that explained the homepage being blank as normal, however, when I see the screen shots from the link that you posted his screen looks a lot different than mine. Any ideas on how I'd go about "building" my home page screen or is this something I'll just have to manually do every time I open Logos?

  • Screenshot help for new L4 install

Howdy! I think I installed L4 Scholars last night but I am not sure. I stayed awake while my resources were downloading but when it went into preparing library I felt that everything was going smooth enough for me to go to bed. When I woke up this morning L4 was on my monitor, however, there was really nothing there except the three icons in the upper
