Halo, can you tell us how to select all library books in one click? Please forgive my ignorance. wishing you a Merry Christmas.
unfortunately I couldn't find a way to do it all at once either. The best way I found was to hold down shift and press page down repeatedly until everything was selected. I have a library

  • Re: How to copy a passage list ...

This may not be the easiest solution and there may be some better ones suggested above but here is one way to do it. Set the list to compact mode, print/export it to word, do a replace all of "^p" with ",", copy and paste the text into the CBV and create a style based off the ShortPassageRef tag.

  • Help with a search

My desired search is based off Jer. 3:22. I'm trying to find all instances in which God is speaking to those he refers to as Children. How would I do such a search? I have not used Logos as much over the past 2 years as I would like but I feel as though a clause search might be able to accomplish this. Thanks for any help you can give!

  • Re: Colossians 3.1

I think the closest you can come to this is to add a note to the location, give it a note indicator that would tell you it's a reference link, then insert the link into a note. when you hover over the note indicator it would give you a pop up of your note, clicking on it would open the note and then ctrl+click on the link would open the other location

  • Re: Marking Books as Read?

Another option is to create a bibliography file and name it "read". The benefit with this approach is that you can add a note to the citation with your start/finished reading dates and comments on the book. You can also share the document with others so they know what you've read and you can save the report as a collection which in turns allows you

  • Bug: Missing Right-Click "Add to note" option

I'm running 5.2a Beta build 5.2.1.0019 on Mac OSX 10.9.1. When I right click in a resource I no longer have the option to add a note to a recent note file. Has there been a change I'm not aware of or is this a bug?

  • Re: Using iPad in Church?

With notability I find writing with my finger to be very acceptable. I can also tke a screen shot of a passage and mark it up with arrows and lines connecting thoughts, then export it to pdf. My pastor usually has a sermon note page in the bulletin. I take a picture of it in notability and write on the note page so I don't have to write as much. It

  • Re: Using iPad in Church?

I stopped carrying a paper Bible about 2 years ago. I use Logos for my Bible, Notability for recording sermon notes, and Goodreader for preaching notes when I preach. I must admit every once and a while I miss the paper Bible but over all the benefits have outweighed the negatives.

  • Re: Bug - Persistance yes - blatant stubbornness no!

That would be very annoying. The pop-ups that happen when I start up my computer annoy me, primarily because I never feel like finding out how to prevent them next time so I just hit the cancel button and go on. Wish I had a suggestion to try but for now I can only share a bit of your pain :-)

  • Re: Can't use logos 5!

You could try rebuilding your index by typing "rebuild index" in the command box, unless you are unable to do even that. You can also post the L5 logs that are generated when you start up Logos. If you need help doing either of those let us know.
Presumably most users are opting for the PCI-E SSD +HDD, which gives you the best of both worlds: very fast response time, but low price/Gb.
of course as the buyer I think the fusion should come with the package as standard! not a $200 add on. Then again, I'm the buyer. If it's not worth it to me I have an option, buy something
Are we sure the updates have occurred?
Yes. Everyone is reporting them and Apple released a press statement. The stats for the computers are also different from what I've been looking at for the last week or so. they updated the Graphics card, Flash type, and CPU.
