Thank you, Sarah! This fixed my issue as well. I only had "TLS 1.0" checked as default. Once I also checked "TLS 1.1" and "TLS 1.2", the issue was resolved. I do not know why Logos tech. support is not aware that the default I.E. 10 configuration may not have all of the TLS settings checked, but this should be added to Logos Tech. Support's knowledge

Hi, Cameron. I unchecked "Automatically detect settings" and restarted my I.E. web browser and it did NOT resolve the problem, I get the same security warnings. So, perhaps that leaves me with trying to figure out if I need to change a configuration setting on my security software. By the way, I am not using any company settings on my web browser, I

Cameron, thanks much for looking further into this. I will take a look at tinkering with some other settings, I think you might be right about what my anti-virus software may be doing. By the way, I do hope Logos finds a solution, because I cannot imagine the large number of potential customers seeing the same thing I do and avoiding the various Logos

I'm all up-to-date on my Windows updates. In case this particular certificate is "bad", should I delete the certificate and then re-access the Vyrso web site to automatically receive a new certificate that might work like it should? Thank you.

I have the same problem, especially with the Vyrso web site, and recently has started with the Logos.com web site, but not as yet with the faithlife.com web site (no issues with faithlife.com). I am on I.E. 10 rather than I.E. 11 because business use limitations prevent me from upgrading to I.E. 11. Here is what Wikipedia says about SNI, please note

Hello, LaRosa. I cannot read the words in the sub-circles in the graphic charts for "Dispensation of the Fulness of Times", "Dispensation of Israel", and "Dispensation of Man" when directly opening the MS-Word document even at 200%, so I suspect they will not be readable as a PBB either. Can you redo with more legible charts, please? Thanks much!

I'm in at $40, too!

According to the info for the book "Near to the Heart of God", there should be an index to the hymns. I couldn't find it in the left margin, nor did I see it scrolling through the book. Just wondering if I am the only one who couldn't find it or if it actually is missing from the book, as it would be helpful to be able to click on a list of dates to

Here is the oficial procedure from Logos Tech. Support: 1) Close Logos on all computers except for one. 2) Run Sync Now and wait for syncing to complete. a. This may take several hours with how many duplicates we have created. You can tell when sync is done by looking at the arrows in the top right. 3) Go into Program Settings and set Use Internet to

Thank you, "Keep Smiling". I had "Copy Footnotes" set to "No", so when I changed it back to "Yes", all the footnote numbers show in the paste (along with all the footnote content, which I would have expected with "Copy Footnotes" = "Yes"). Not sure whether it is still a "bug" that some of the footnote numbers still intermittantly pasted in when "Copy

I have the following screen print - only footnote 241 seems to show up (in red text in my screen shot). I am not using the beta version of Logos, just 4.3 SR-7. I am using MS-Office Word 2007 SP3. I am stumped as to the cause of this problem. I may have to upgrade to Word 2010 to see if that fixes the problem since no one has yet duplicated this problem

When I did a copy and past from Daniel L. Aiken's commentary on 1 John in the NAC series, specifically on 1 John 5:16, most of the footnotes would not paste at all, they were missing. For example, footnote numbers 236-240 do not display at all when pasted into MS-Word, but footnote 241 does paste and display in MS-Word. Footnotes 242-247 do not paste

I really miss the Christmas "Library Builder" specials that Logos used to do every Christmas until several years ago. It was a excellent and enjoyable way for each us to build up our Logos libraries at greatly discounted book prices. I don't know why Logos does not do these anymore. Perhaps the shift from CDs to downloadable files makes the sale of

These steps were provided to me from Development. I think I have also heard that this issue is going to be addressed in Logos 4.5 when released. 1) Close Logos on all computers except for one. 2) Run Sync now and wait for syncing to complete. a. This may take several hours with how many duplicates we have created. You can tell when sync is done by looking

I, too, have to express my gratefulness for producing wonderful Bible software, which I use everyday in my personal Bible study. I also want to take a moment to also say 'thank you' to Logos for the free Perseus collection. It is still astounding to me to think that I am able to carry around such a large library of Bible-related books in my 8-lb. laptop

This is helpful, a great idea. Thank you.

I think that M.J.'s suggestion is innovative, it would be a very useful feature in Logos to have that people would use. And, I think it would work with a number of commentaries, too, such as the one volume commentaries. It is true that such a format would not typically be used for in-depth study, but it would be very convenient for getting a high-level
