Please post away. Everyone loves a good deal, and if they're not interested, they need not even open the thread. Thanks for the heads up.

  • Re: Grail Psalter Available?

I'm sure the revised one is great, it's just that I have a history with the other and prefer it (kind of like the RSV now that I think of it!). The problem might be that now that it's been revised, the chances of the older 1963 one getting into any form usable in Logos is greatly diminished it would seem. I copied and pasted the '63 into a word document

  • Re: Grail Psalter Available?

Thank you. I added my +1 to the suggestions and sent an email as well. I guess I'll probably make myself a copy to get by until it becomes available (if ever!).

  • Grail Psalter Available?

I would happily pay for a Grail version of the Psalms (also called the Singing Version sometimes). I would prefer the original version prior to the latest revision, but will take what I can get. I have tried to find it searching Logos products without success, but I am also a frequent searcher in logos who can never find anything searching in logos

  • Re: Recommendations/suggestions for Android Tablet?

I am just chiming in here because I wonder what I am missing and I would love to understand if I'm doing something wrong. I have tried logos on an android phone- motorola razr, an ipad- 2nd gen, and currently a nexus 7. I find that the only thing logos can do on a tablet really is read a book. When you try to run a passage guide, or even put the bible
So, Are they or are they NOT labeled? are we talking the same definitional language here....
Perhaps we are not speaking of the same thing (and my post was a bit on the flippant side, I apologize). When he says they are labelled, I believe he's talking about title, description, author, publisher, etc. from which you can

We're not attaching warning or even denominational labels to our books. Our books are already extensively labeled: Title, description, author, publisher, etc.
Thanks for stepping in, Bob. I'm not quite sure I understand this though. Are you saying that you will not attach labels? [
Not sure why your Kindle books are no longer available to you, as there is a Kindle app that lets you read them on your PC too, if you want.
I guess I didn't make myself clear Richard. My kindle books are available to me (on any one of far too many kindle readers that I own to admit to). But I still feel burned

  • Re: American Civil War: USN Indianola

Not only did I not know this history, I had no idea that I owned so many resources on the Civil war in my Logos library. Thank you. That was very informative and very interesting. I'm going back to peruse these books I had but didn't know. It almost makes you wish there were some kind of meandering browsing tool for cruising through your library. With

Oh how nice it would be to be able to use books purchased from one e-company to another. I too have bought multiple e-copies of books, and sometimes wonder why I have so much money invested in logos. I love logos, but I also loved ereader, and mobi, and currently also kindle. FOr the first two all that money is pretty much gone. Praying that the thousands

It's hard to know where to begin with this thread, except that it looked to be one of those fun ones for us lurkers to follow (our name is legion) while enjoying popcorn and being amazed at just how far people will go on a forum like this. I guess its a true blessing that it never gained traction, and I suppose my even posting to it is a macabre kind

I put it where I actually had it before it disappeared, on the taskbar. I also left a shortcut on the desktop. But if it should leave again, I WILL remember that "type logos in the search" field trick. Thank you again. I learned another new thing today...now if I could only retain it!
