  • How do I hide fragments etc. from listed Bibles?

I did this in L3 at a Morris Proctor seminar (actually Mo did it, but I liked it!). I'm currently going through all the Mark Barnes videos and trying to up my knowledge in L4 as I have time and I keep running into these huge lists of Bibles that include a lot of extraneous (to me) material. When I go to a list of Bibles, I'd like to hide all the targums

  • Re: Logos asks, what do you wish you could search for, but can't?

[quote user="Rosie Perera"] I'm with those who would rather see Logos development spend more time on things that have already been requested (both for search and other promised features such as PBB, requested feature improvements, bug fixes, etc.) than coming up with new things not yet dreamed of for search. My number one priority is being able to search

Sorry to clog the forums. I truly did search for this, but used all the wrong terms. Immediately following my post, I tried again and voila! I'm good to go. Thanks to all...

  • How to export or print word study list

Well, I can't seem to copy my snipped picture into this window from using the snipping tool, but that's another problem! What I have is the results from a search that came from a bible word study and wound up with this command: I would like to copy this results page, which shows the lemma results of all 19 places where koinonia occurs, written in the

Well, I'm not going to comment on which company is more evil. But I would like to have logos capability on my android device. I will not buy anything apple for myself, but my daughters love apple stuff. I stay away from apple not because they are evil, I'm sure they're all nice people there (though their logo does hearken back to Genesis mockingly at

  • 2 Volume Commentary on Matthew by Frederick Dale Bruner

Please consider adding this excellent resource to the pre pub. It is truly an inspired commentary and it is also out of print. I have the two volumes but would happily pay for them again to have them in logos. thanks

  • Re: After preaching on Sunday, anyone have the Monday "blues?"

I am with those for whom Saturday is the weekly day to fight the blues. There have been Saturdays when I just do not want to get out of bed, even though the sermon has most of it's structure and ideas already put in, I dread the thought of finishing it up and actually delivering it. I think it is a feeling of inadequacy combined with one of genuine

  • Re: Bible Search "while typing" not working.

I started it, sorry! I remember when I set the update channel to beta, it was just a few weeks ago, and I did it because of something I think I read somewhere that said that 4.2 was a stable beta or some such designation which seemed reasonable to me at the time. Whatever it was I'm okay with it. Logos always seems to work fine for me, virtually every

  • Re: Bible Search "while typing" not working.

Well I'll be jiggered. I was sure it used to race ahead with each letter typed before. As I know how to use wildcards, I can still get what I want but I thought it was different when it first came out a while back. It's always worked that way, huh? Synapses ain't what they used to be... As long as you're reading this, if you can tell me how to turn

  • Bible Search "while typing" not working.

I am using logos 4.2a beta 2. The greatly appreciated Bible Search while typing function seems to be suspended in my program. I have it selected in the drop down, but it isn't working. While looking for "anxious," search while typing/ entire Bible/ ESV: If I type "a" I get 9103 results in 6737 verses, when I get to "an" I get 1044 results in 991 verses

I am running logos 4 on two completely different computers, Dell xps and thinkpad x201. Both are running windows 7 64 bit. Both run very well, even the non-video card thinkpad. No problems at all.

Well, I'm not a logos fanboy, but I have to say after reading this entire thread (third Bible Study of the day starts in 20 minutes) that I am happy I too got one of the three or four completely working versions. I don't think it's slow. I use it on two laptops, both fairly new, but one of them has integrated graphics, not even a graphics card, and
